About this business

Certified Piedmontese is a healthier beef option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or tenderness. Our cattle, which are raised responsibly and carefully on family ranches across the Midwest, are healthier, too. They’re never given antibiotics, steroids, or hormones. We raise the rare Piedmontese breed through a ranch-to-fork approach that ensures traceability, environmental sustainability, humane animal handling, and responsible resource management at every step. Countless well-known chefs from across the country rave about the exceptional quality and flavor profile of Certified Piedmontese beef.

Consuming the filets made this…

Consuming the filets made this experience great! The delivery left something to be desired, I wasted a perfectly good 90 degree pool day watching for the truck from inside my front window. My delivery time was 1:15 PM-3:15 PM and the delivery was made at 4:03 PM. But, they were delivered next door. I hollered to the truck driver asking if he had anything for me and he went back and retrieved the steaks from the neighbor's porch!! Had I not been watching, they would have thawed and been ruined in no time. Perhaps perishables should be delivered early in the day!!

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed the filets! We want to apologize for the delay in your shipping, and we are glad they showed up in good condition. We pack our coolers with enough dry ice to survive 2 full days of shipping, so a later in the afternoon/evening delivery is usually always in good condition. If you want to ensure a morning delivery, UPS offers overnight delivery that arrives before noon, but on the standard 2-day delivery, we don't have much control over when UPS makes it to your home.
