2 of my items (tritium roasts) had started to defrost. I emailed customer service to find out if I could just put them into the freezer and refreeze but I never heard back. So I had to throw both out. Very disappointing. The rest of the order was just fine.

Delivery method and keeping the meat cold is perfect. I have a love /hate relationship with the packaging however. It is not very user friendly. I enjoy all your sales 30% off and spend so much get free meat . I am a little bummed on the fact that you stopped selling the 14oz Ribeys. The product is delish !!!
The customer service. I ordered 3 boxes and one of them took too long to ship so the steaks were warm. They sent a new box the next day.
