We know all efforts are made to shop and have the meat delivered frozen. It was near thawing this time. We understand the heat here in Louisiana and the deliverer may have a hard time keeping it in a cool spot too
New customer, great experience
I'll be honest, I was not familiar with Piedmontese before placing this order, I was looking for a shipment of high quality cuts of beef to be send to South Alabama, and no one from my region (far northeast) was able to ship, and Mother Google took me to Piedmontese, who was able to ship from NE to AL. Everything arrived on time, solid as a rock, exactly as ordered and most important of all, the meat is delicious and high quality (sadly I haven't had any, but my family members are delighted and impressed).

Animal Freedom
This company does a great job of sourcing quality meat by putting the animal's health first. Allowing them to feed on grass in an open field and NOT restraining the animals to a confined space and eating just grain. Makes me proud of consuming an animal that lived a free life!
