Customers frequently praise the very helpful staff for providing exceptionally prompt, effective support and guiding users smoothly through various complex account or project challenges. Many people find the platform extremely intuitive, noting that the diverse templates and simple design tools make creating professional presentations exceptionally fast and simple. A few reviewers specifically mentioned that saved projects were deleted when free trials expired or encountered compatibility issues with screen readers.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Piktochart is a solid, user-friendly tool that helps me turn ideas into clean, professional visuals quickly. Features are intuitive and keep improving. Best of all, the support team is remarkably responsive and genuinely helpful.
quick response and good help without conflict
Thank you for sharing your great experience with our support team! They will be delighted to hear this. 😊
Piktochart offered so many ways and options to create anything you need for work, students, teaching, and personal life. Thank you for the great options and fun!
Yay! Glad to hear that you had fun on Piktochart and excited to see what you create with your students!
Piktochart is an excellent tool for making professional grade visuals quickly. Layout tools and image library are fantastic. Customer service is top-notch.
I left my old school district and moved to a new one. My email was no longer active hence I could not log in. I had some files that I needed transferred to my personal email account (I also used the product for my Masters degree). They were able to to so with ease!! Love this product for personal use, my resume, and I even have my students use it to create infographics on a topic we are studying!!
Great customer service help was quick and efficient thank you!
i have been using piktochart for a year. by far its my go to use tool for infographics,
"A complete design experience right in your browser! The platform is user-friendly and packed with professional tools suitable for all skill levels. Whether you're editing images, creating social media posts, or designing logos, everything is accessible without the need to download any software. Fast performance, high-quality exports, and a wide range of ready-made templates make it a must-have tool for anyone in the graphic design space."
Piktochart is a super intuitive platform that allowed me - without any graphic design experience - to make really professional infographics and flyers very quickly. The templates are really helpful and updated regularly. I often made my students use Piktochart to update my research team on progress updates. I prefer this platform over others like it (I've tried them all!) for the ease of use and professional. Just enough bells & whistles, but not so many that it's overwhelming.
Truthfully I am very underwhelmed with the templates they have and the .ai functionality. It really does not understand what I am trying to convey and I need to do a lot of editing after the fact. Would have spent less time creating it from scratch than editing the pitch deck
I have used this Piktochart for over 6 years and found it an incredibly easy to use programme that gets better with time.
Grateful for your continuous support, Rikki – it means a lot!
I've been thoroughly impressed with Piktochart AI for designing my reports. The AI's ability to seamlessly transform my Word documents into visually engaging reports, with minimal editing required, has been a significant time-saver. The variety of templates available is fantastic, offering diverse options to suit different needs. I particularly appreciate the extensive collection of font styles, which adds a professional and polished look to my documents. Beyond the powerful AI features, the customer support has been exceptional. Carmen Phang provided excellent and timely assistance, making the entire experience smooth and highly satisfactory. Piktochart AI has truly elevated my report design process!
Thanks for your feedback! You made our day :)
I created a login profile with Piktochart but had difficulty trying to sign up for a Business Plan using my iPad M4 13". Unfortunately, the A.I. Bot could not understand what I was saying so I decided to write to a human instead. The person who replied (Daniela Ost) had worked out that I was using my iPad and suggested using a computer instead as there are compatibility issues with Apple OS devices. I followed Daniela's advice and using my HP Laptop was able to sign up for an annual subscription to the Business Plan. Daniela's response was clear, simply and effective - thank you Daniela. As a suggestion - you may want to put my issue with using an OS device to sign up for a Business Plan as a FAQ on your website help page so your A.I. Bot can learn.
I contacted customer service and they responded within an hour to fix my issue. Turns out google itself was down, not the piktochart. Friendly.
So glad we could help!

Very useless, I don't need a website to create a visual for me, that is for first grade level. Don't pay for it.
