After getting an email saying I didn't have to use moneybooker.com I find out thats it's the only option. I will not be using this web sight again.

Terrible payment situation.
I completed my order thinking I would be able to use paypal to pay for it. I was incorrect (I understand it's not working, but I feel as though it should be stated somewhere before the order is complete.) I was sent to some site called skrill to create an account (a ridiculous amount of invasive questions). I decided it was not worth the trouble after reading some terrible reviews on it and went to cancel my order (mind you it's been all of 5 minutes since the order was made) and was told that the order could not be canceled as it was already processed and too far along to be edited or changed. I HIGHLY doubt that in 5 minutes it was ready. I will not be paying for this order as I am NOT using skrill. I've already placed my order (quick and painless I might add) on another site.
Difficult payment experience
At checkout I was forced into setting up a Skrill.com merchant account, which I will never use again. Then after the Skrill verification process it seemed like I was able to make a payment, but then I received a huge red error message saying the my payment couldn't process. Then I received an email saying I had an order awaiting payment, telling me I have the option to pay via Paypal. When I check my order status on the site, it says "Pending" and I am unable to cancel, edit, or verify payment on the order. And there is definitely NO option to pay via Paypal. Predicting this will carry on and the order will not end up being paid properly. A very inconvenient checkout process. UPDATE: I have now lost $6 trying to set up my Skrill account and then when it didn't work I had to pay a fee to transfer the money back to my bank account. Pink Paradise, I don't even care about the contacts anymore, but you now owe me $6.
I can't make my payment
Like seriously! Do I have to beg you to take my money and give me contacts? I do not think it is fair hat I have to be forced to set up a Skrill account and that takes forever, I can not change my payment option and the staff are slow and unresponsive about helping me. Obviously they don't want my business.

FED UP!!!!!!!
I paid for these on May 29th. It has been a whole MONTH and they have not arrived. It says on the tracking website that it was delivered on the 6th June and the address was wrong and now it has been returned. The address I put was not wrong. It says on the website that it should go to a local post office and should have 2 weeks to collect it. So why has it been returned straight away???? Nobody has contacted me or anything to let me know anything and I am really angry. I will NOT be using this site again and will be letting all of my friends know. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!! So now I have paid about £40 for something I don't even have and if I want them I have to pay THREE TIMES the postage. Pathetic. Waste of time and money.

I've been trying to order a pair of contacts but the merchants paypal says they can't receive money. Any other site I go on for the same lenses has no check out button. I don't know what to do.

Can not pay with paypal doesn't seem to be working no option for a credit card. There for there are a lot of orders for me waiting for payment as I find that I can't delete these orders. I am going to see if I can find another company online that is easier to deal with

It went well but it wasn't as smooth as I had hoped.
The entire transaction went smoothly, until I attempted to log on to Paypal, after which I was greeted with the message that the "recipient could not receive money" and provoked some anxiety. I was really hoping to pay for the order as soon as possible so it would ship as soon as possible. I am looking forward to when this slight bug gets worked out, and when I finally receive my contacts in the mail.

Unable to Pay
I wasn't able to complete a purchase due to an error with the company's PayPal account. I understand it could take up to 2 weeks go fix. Unfortunately I needed the order quickly and was prepared to pay for expedited shipping. If I could still receive my order before July 23 with DHL 5-8 day shipping I'd have a more favorable review.

I had preciously bought lenses from this company before but unfortunately this time has been a complete headache. First off, the payment system was really wonky and even after confirming and being charged for the product, it is still "processing" even though according to their site it only takes 3 days from the day of payment to process. Supposedly it's going to take a week for them to verify they got paid. Really disappointed with their response team and process of transaction.
Weird Payment Issues
I ordered some coloured contacts for a cosplay and received confirmation emails for the order and the payment, yet they never came. Only after emailing pinky paradise did I learn they cancelled my order and refunded me. Very disappointing, as I have been told by friends that they sell great contacts for a good price. So from what I can tell the contacts are good once you actually get them, however your payment may not be successful.
Have to base rating on what I could do...
Unfortunately all I was able to do was place items in the basket and attempt to check out. PayPal says the merchant is unable to accept payments. I really wanted to order from here after hearing great things but if they aren't even able to accept payment it makes me severely concerned about placing orders.
Great range, problem with paying
I love the variety of your store and the ease of purchasing. However, when I wanted to pay I got an error message for paypal: "This recipient is currently unable to receive money.There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later". Annoying!
Didn't even get to make a purchase
Got all the way to the payment section, had to go through PayPal, which id rather avoid and then it stated that the merchant was having problems so couldn't even complete the purchase!!
