I have purchased 3 of these. Two of them from Amazon are red and they broke right away, the round squeaker dislodged and is now inside of the rubber ball (both of these are red). The one from Chewy is yellow and is scented and is still working (the squeaker partially dislodged so I used a small screwdriver and "pulled" the squeaker back into the correct place.

I contacted playologypets.com by sending them an email to the email address that was attached to the rubber ball's package back on 11/22/2022, then I send a 2nd email. They ignored both emails and now it is 02/19/2023 and they haven't gotten back to me yet.
We had decided to try one of there products after always using a Kong.
Unsure of what was best for us I got the wrong one and our dog destroyed it under 10 minutes.
As we all know any good toy isn't cheap ,but after consulting with Karen she made it right and now we are all happy again .
I would use this product again no problem 😊
I purchased a Squeaky Chew Stick for my German Short Hair Pointer and it lasted all of ten minutes. I talked with Karen and she sent me squeaky chew ball. My pup has had it now for a few weeks and loves it. The ball is fantastic and still in perfect condition. It has been a pleasure to do business with Karen and Playology.
I would recommend this product to anyone. Not only is it durable for my aggressive chewer additionally the customer service is outstanding. The product says guaranteed and gives you an email right on the package. When my dog tore into the first product in 20 minutes I sent an email and a picture. Karen asked about my dog and sent me two Bo es to replace the first one that were more suitable for my dog. It was such a pleasant experience.
At first I thought these toys were a little pricy but after owning a couple, Brick the labradoodle destroyed only one. Remembering the Playology guarantee I contacted Karen. As they promise not only did she replace it, she did so with one that would match Brick's play style. The great quality is not only in their products but in their customer service. I would recommend this company and their products 100%.
First, my puppy LOVED the snail. She figured out how to unroll it and loved chewing on it. I got the crinkle egg as well. She's less interested in that but we play toss with it and she enjoys that. I talked with Karen in customer service about the best toy for her. She was amazing! I'll definitely buy more toys from Playology!
Bought the dri-tech ring for my 8 month old retriever and It was destroyed within the hour, don't really appreciate a company claiming a toy is "indestructible" or for "heavy chewers" when its simply not, felt like I wasted 30$ on a product that was mislabeled as being "tough chewers". Maybe these toys shouldn't be so expensive if this is the quality I can expect.
My experience with Playology was phenomenal! Karen responded so quickly and was so considerate at helping me find a chew toy for my puppy. My picky pup didn’t play or chew on the one we had previously purchased and Karen quickly ordered a replacement of another chew toy. I just wish that all company’s had this standard in customer service. Thanks again Karen!
I am very dissatisfied with the product. The first toy I got for my Cane Corso was a number 3 because I thought it was the toughest in their product line, it was destroyed within an hour of my girl chewing on it. then I saw that they had an even tougher rubber toy and tried that, again within an hour there was pieces of rubber all over the place and the toy was destroyed. I am sticking with Kong black toys as takes a month or so of chewing for her to destroy the toy
My dog ended up chewing apart the toy he got. Karen talked with me about what type of toys my dog likes as well as how aggressive of a chewer he is. She sent out a new toy free of charge and was excellent help as well as being very friendly!
Playology is an amazing company! I purchased a toy that my dog was able to easily tear apart. I contacted Karen. their customer service representative, and she replaced the damaged toy with one more suitable for my dog. I will happily recommend Playology to anyone!
I recently purchased a Playology chew toy for our 5 month old setter pup but unfortunately he wasn’t overly interested in it. I reached out to karen@playologypets (see back of package) for advice with how to get him more engaged. She quickly responded with advice and asked if I would be willing to try one of their other toys.

My 1 year old border collie (35 lbs.) loves playology dog toys whether it’s the dog bones or the balls. I get her the medium size which ends up being perfect for her!! I recommend anyone who wants a high quality product to buy from playology.
Purchased a toy from this company for my dog and within minutes my tiny pitty destroyed it. I was rather disappointed and noticed the company had an email you could reach out to in case you weren’t 100% satisfied. I happened to reach out and was blown away by the outstanding customer service! I was sent a replacement toy, this one being for aggressive chewers. Hands down the best company I’ve come in contact with in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I must say, Bandit had no interest in the "beef sented bone" but this review is not about the toy. The customer service goes above and beyond. Without a receipt they honored the fact that we purchased the toy. After several emails (Karen) got to know Bandit quite well. She has recomended another one of their products for Bandit to try free of charge. Once our spoiled Shitzu (Bandit) tries out the new toy I will report back. This company gets a 5 star rating for making this an easy and enjoyable transaction.

So our little golden doodle is obsessed with their balls and products. He can smell it and find it and then he's busy for hours. It's really amazing how much he loves it. I'm not over exaggerating. And he picks their products over everything else he has. We started to get these toys to distract the dog from wanting to take the baby's toys.
