Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the support team for being exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous when managing various inquiries and purchases. Many buyers appreciate the seamless ordering process, competitive pricing, and the prompt assistance provided when tracking shipments or selecting replacement parts. However, some customers also noted unexpected delays in shipping times or difficulties regarding parts availability and backorders. A few reviewers experienced prolonged waiting periods, unreturned voicemails, or occasionally received items that were unfortunately damaged or used upon arrival. These individuals found the overall delivery process frustrating due to the lack of timely communication.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Every time I’ve reached out for assistance with an order I’ve had the pleasure of working with Frances, who has been great at evaluating my issues while also providing valuable solutions. He’s certainly an excellent asset, and Plumbers Stock could use more folks like him.
Plumbers Stock offered not only a great selection of Toto Drake 1.6 gpf toilets but a great price as well. My customer Service Rep., Luna assisted me with the purchase. She understood what I was looking for and went over and above in ensuring my needs were met. The tank and toilet were individually boxed and very well insulated with packing material. Overall, very happy with purchase and would purchase from Plumbers Stock in the future.
