The order was supposed to ship within…
The order was supposed to ship within two days and it did not. I called before placing the order to make sure the website was accurate in quantity on hand and to confirm the shipping times. The order did not ship for 9 days when I was told 2. I was not emailed tracking information when it shipped either. I had to call twice in order to get it. Frances on the phone was wonderful though. Helpful on my follow up call for tracking. But overall I will not use this company again. It delayed my project for a customer by over a week. I would have never ordered had I known they did not have the product on hand to ship in 1 -2 days like I was informed. Be cautious even if they tell you something on the phone.

I would have given them a five star… but their website says they will send an email with tracking information when the order ships…. But they didn’t do that … so I had to call twice to get that info. Chad was great though….
