Ordered both a see your own bag as well as an already made Birkin inspired 35. Very impressed with the quality of the Birkin inspired bag. Leather work is beautiful. I am excited about the sew it yourself. All the pieces are great quality as well.
My mother in law loved the 35 so much that she took that one from me so I could get the Birkin inspired 40 as I needed something a little bigger for work.

The two bags that I ordered were exactly as advertised. The leather seems to be of good quality, the stitching seems nearly perfect, and the colors match the listing. The bags took about 3 weeks from ordering to when I received them. Everything was packaged very securely and carefully. All of the metal pieces had silicon protectors, the bags were wrapped in bags and had structure pieces added to keep their shape during shipping. Overall, a wonderful experience and I've already ordered again!
My conversation regarding wanting a refund, they clearly don't care about their customers and the smell of their products! This is a gift and I'm going to put it together and the nasty smells still be there.

I would like to return my purchase for the Order# listed above. I unpacked the item, and it has a horrible musty and moldy smell. I have let the item sit out for 2 days hoping the smell would go away but it's still just as bad. I understand the refund policy and have all the original packaging the item came in. Shipping the purse back to our warehouse in China involves expensive international shipping fees.
To spare you from the high freight cost and complicated return procedures, we are able to offer a $15 partial refund as compensation if you are willing to keep the item.
Here are some practical tips to reduce the odor of leather goods for your reference:
1. Place the purse in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Direct sunshine will damage the leather and cause cracking or discoloration.
2. You can put silica gel desiccant packets or activated carbon sachets inside the purse to absorb dampness and odors. Leave them inside for several days.
3. Wipe the surface gently with a slightly damp soft cloth, then fully air-dry it naturally. Do not soak the leather.
4. Avoid using strong perfume, alcohol or disinfectant spray directly on the item, as these chemicals may ruin the leather surface.
It may take several days of continuous ventilation for the smell to fade gradually.

I love every thing about it!
I get to make my bag as I want it to look, I have great customer service - what more could I want :) The quality is great - I have already ordered my 9th bag and recently I ordered the vase. Love it :)
Love it! The bag is described. But I wish that the directional video was in English or at least have the option to use English dube. Also not sure if its real leather. But either way I still love it.
No comment on quality, it hasn't shown up after a over a month after ordering. If you actually want a bag kit go somewhere else
Edit: they did reach out and try and make things right, still haven't received the package but it being outside of their control makes it sit better.
