Tenergy Power

Good product

Good product. OK price. Prompt delivery

Long life products

Tenergy makes some great batteries. Their service is fantastic and shipping is fast. Bought some of their batteries ten years ago and they still recharge like new.

Relabeled Outdated Batteries

I have purchased 2-12 packs within 30 days 1 thru Amazon 04/30/2026 that wouldn’t hold charge and the other direct from company 05/06/2026 doesn’t hold a charge. The batteries are outdated. Shame on you Tenergy for relabeling batteries (changed label color) that have a dead shelf life and selling them as premium rechargeable batteries to consumers.

Great product

Great product. Quick shipping.

My students love the solar car project

My students love the solar car project. It is the 5th year I purchased this product for my 4th grade class. Students find it easy to build in groups. They have great fun to test in on the basketball court. I recommend it for both class and in-home project for kids.

Good product delivery was super fast

Batteries seem to be very good.

I was sent two dead batteries

I was sent two dead batteries. I stupidly threw away my clipper which was about 17 years old. I assumed the batteries were good, but I found out just the other day they were dead when I had them measured on a meter. The meter moved about an inch, but remained clearly in the red zone. I'm not pleased, but I'll give the company another shot.

Does everything I hoped for, Great product

Great product, great price, nice prompt delivery. What more could you ask for?

My order never arrived

My order never arrived, with failure involving both USPS AND UPS. It took over a month for a resolution, which was only done by cancelling the order and issuing a refund. I was then able to have my institution place a successful order for the major item requested. To my knowledge, the underlying problem was never identified.

Great products and customer service

TN261 charger with T35U battery combo

The TN261 charger with T35U batteries are very good, also the TN261 charger made older 18650 batteries last longer before recharging. Good job on shipping to Hawaii.

the voltage in AA rechargeables is less than regular non-rechargeacles.

Can I get rechargeable batteries with the same voltage as non rechargeables. Big impact on some uses.

Excellent rechargeable batteries.

I use Tenergy batteries for virtually all of my battery powered devices from flashlights, to remote controls, and telephone backups. I have found over time that the black AA and AAA are superior to the "premium" ones.

Great customer service!

I called customer service with a few questions. The rep was very helpful. Batteries received in a timely manner and my cameras are up and working. I will definitely order again.

Product works great

Product works great. Quick ship.

I'm deeply disappointed in the…

I'm deeply disappointed in the performance of these new Premium Pro rechargeable batteries I bought these batteries with the expectation that they would perform as well as or better than the batteries I bought three years ago. The Tenergy Premium Pro rechargeable batteries I bought three years ago, AA and AAA, held a full charge for at least a month when kept in storage. I purchased the same type of batteries two weeks ago and these new batteries fully discharge within a few days when kept in storage. I wouldn't recommend these batteries to anyone.
