Edit: Email sent with requested receipts from premiumfoot.com. Michael the Manager replied & offered to issue a full refund by check & said he would be mailing it out. Waiting to receive.
June 2026 we found fraudulent charges on the credit card billed from PremiumFoot.com. October of 2022 we Purchased a foot stretcher and they deceptively auto-enrolled us into a "digital membership." They had been charging us unknowingly for years to the tune of over $1,600. A product so good they have to trick you into "buying it." We disputed the charges with the credit card company.
Premiumfoot/LiveWellx lied in their reply affidavit and said that they gave us 3 days advanced notice of upcoming charges that would be billed to our card as well as said we opened **ALL** of those Phantom emails.
Addtionally they falsely stated that their records indicate we logged in and used our "Member Benefits." We never created a log in nor used any member benefits we made only one purchase and never consented to pay for a digital membership. If it were a real club or membership, why didn't we ever receive any newsletters or promotions encouraging future purchases to use these "member benefits"? It's because it's not a real club or membership. The Fake Membership Terms were not listed in any correspondence they sent me. As per other reviews written, even if you uncheck the boxes they will auto-enroll you. I only received two emails from them Confirming my initial purchase only. We thought our business with them was done after our singular purchase.

Delivery servive
I still have not received the shoe strechers. Don't know what's taking so long.
If you can, please expedite the delivery.
Thank you
Norma Robert
The shoe stretcher was poorly packaged. It arrived torn, one end opened, and the paper box was twisted. What I wasn't aware of is that postage of $15 will be subtracted from the refund, which means I"ll be getting about $5 back. However, I haven't heard or seen my refund to this date.
Have only used shoe stretcher 2x. It seems solidly constructed and has been easy to use. Appreciate that comes with the extra buttons for specialty area stretching. Had one issue with receipt of purchase and very pleased that customer service handled it quickly.
These are first rate quality that stretch both width and length at the same time if desired. The all metal rods and knobs are made to last and super durable. Don’t hesitate on the quality!
A website called PREMIUMFOOT.com sells shoe stretchers. As part of the checkout process (Order Summary), they include a item called "LiveWellx Discount Offer - Renews every 28 days" for $0.00, AND the check a box by default to " *Save 40% & Get Exclusive Free Trial Access To The LiveWellx.com Discount Superstore." Again, the box is checked by default.
Then at the bottom of the Order Summary, when you click on "Complete Order", they automatically subscribe you to an "Exclusive free trial access to the LiveWellx.com Discount Superstore is free for the first 14 days, and then automatically bills at $58.95/month starting on the 7th day after initial trial signup." EVEN IF YOU UNCHECK THE BOX mentioned earlier to " *Save 40% & Get Exclusive Free Trial Access To The LiveWellx.com Discount Superstore." !!!
This is clearly a scam website and the shoe stretcher store is a front for the scam! They just have a couple of products on this website, and even the "Super Discount" store called Livewellx.com, that they automatically subscribe people to, has a few bogus cheap footcare items, not worthy of a subscription of $58 a month!!!
Even their claim that they have a rating of 4.84 out of 5 - Based on 531 reviews is bogus! The link they publish to look at the reviews goes to a website called "Judge.me" but there are no actual reviews of the company!
You can search this company and you will see a lot of people complaining about this unauthorized subscription to this fake "Super Discount" store. This website needs to be shutdown as I'm sure it scammed 100's of people out of $1000's of dollars!
