Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wide variety of authentic collectibles available, noting how remarkably easy and engaging the bidding process is on the platform. People consistently mention that orders arrive promptly and safely, with purchased products arriving exactly as described online and securely packed for transit.
Some reviewers were not truly happy with high auction fees and expensive shipping costs that significantly increased their total spending. A few other people also felt that certain mystery box purchases and delivered items simply did not meet their initial expectations or match listed descriptions.

Scammers! Bought two jerseys and BOTH were fake. They were very accepting in giving me a refund, and after “accidentally” sending me less than I was owed, I got a full refund. But they didn’t reimburse me for the customs charge that I had to pay (€60), they only offered me credit but I don’t want any more fake jerseys. Shipping cost $130 is beyond ridiculous also
Edit: regarding your reply, how about you take down the fake jerseys which you continue to sell
And speaking about your user agreement, your stuff is meant to be 100% authentic is it not?

Hello Cristian,
We are glad we could assist you with the refund for your items. Please keep in mind that, per our User Agreement, we cannot refund fees or charges imposed by third parties. As noted in the shipping section of our terms, 'Customs fees are nonrefundable and will not be refunded by Pristine under any circumstances.'
Hello Mike,
Our customer service representative will be following up shortly via email to resolve this and process your refund, once the card is returned. For full transparency, the card’s corner was visible in the original listing photos (including the one you shared with us). We always encourage bidders to carefully review all photos and descriptions before placing a bid to ensure they have all the details regarding a lot.

All around great experience
Smooth process for bidding (paying when winning a bid) and the shipment process. I was concerned about the shipping as I didn't want anyone to know what was coming (to prevent theft) and I wasn't disappointed. Secure double boxing was provided and I am more than grateful.

The bidding was easy
The bidding was easy, even for a non techy person like me. Payment was easy as well, and delivery was prompt and well packaged, especially the helmet. Jersey's could have been put in a box to protect better, vice the flimsy pocket bag style mailer.

Excellent Deals from Daily Auctions!
The daily auctions provide a great opportunity to bid on 1000+ items but I can always find items im looking for or interested in. Everyday has something different to offer. Ive bought ALOT of memorabilia or graded cards on Pristine auction for cheaper than market value. A few over market value but in those instances I felt it was worth paying more for an item that is rare and/or personal collection.
