My order was completed quickly and was exactly what I was looking for.

Putting green turning white in spots in less than 18 months. Brian and I had a very in depth conversation about the unit being outdoors at all time and I was assured it would hold up with a 10 year warranty. Well here we are just 18 months into the warranty and the putting green is turning a white color in spots. Brian has given me excuse after excuse about why this "could" be happening, I am not sure he even believes me, but nothing concrete about what they are going to do about it. I have sent photo after photo and it seems they are not going to honor their warranty, which means I will need to go back to my credit card company for purchase warranty purposes but I wanted to write this review as I feel the customer service part of Pro Putt is less than par

Smooth putting surface, improved product

Prompt and quality putting surface. the new surface is not stimping 11, but it is very smooth and wobble-free. Only 4 stars based on price of the putting-surface only purchase. 5 1/2 square yards of putting surface should be less expensive; it isn't hand stitched oriental rug.

Appreciated the advice of Pro Putt Staff. They were quick to respond to my questions (thank you, Adam!) and were very insightful about not only their products, but that of other systems available on the market. Their system worked best on our 'mostly level' practice area for my son, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the product we received (the 'Q School' model).

truesrike hitting mat replacement.

The replacement for the truesrike hitting mat that was provided was terrible. It didn't come close to being a replacement for the original hitting surface. The cusion under the mat did not replicate the gel pack and the upper surface wasn't level with the rest of the mat. I could go in but in summary it was terrible. I do not recommend this as an aftermarket replacement for the hitting surface and gel pack of the truestrike.
