Worked with one of their employees during the ordering process for a smooth experience and fast responses to get my order confirmed. UPS ended up losing a box out of my shipment but again their employees stepped up with quick responses and remedied the situation. From ordering to rolling putts in my house took about 10 days total even with the lost items that pro putt systems reshipped to me. Probably some of the best customer service I have received and would definitely purchase from them again if I needed anything else.
I asked a clarification question and I got the answer back by email in a few minutes. They shipped the parts I needed the same day. Excellent Customer service
They try hard and are generally responsive but their shipping practices result in damaged products, now twice for the same order, causing me work and inconvenience to return the damaged products without any offer of compensation. Meanwhile I wait for a replacement and hope they eventually manage to fill my order with undamaged product.
Replacement green for older Tour Links putting green
It was great, they were able to match my older model Tour Links replacement green perfectly. Was concerned the putting holes would not match but they were perfect.
The pro putt systems practice putting green is a great product. I love the base, the way it snaps together, and then the grass just rolls out on top. The green producers a very smooth and realistic roll. And I love how the ball goes in an actual hole. Well done.
I had purchased a mat before and wanted to upgrade. I emailed and got an immediate response, even was given 10% discount. The mats arrived on time and everything worked out great. I have and will recommend ProPutt.
We had been searching for a putting green for our office and came across Putt Pro. While the original product we were eyeing wouldn’t arrive in time for an upcoming office event, Brian went above and beyond to help us find the perfect alternative. He suggested another option from their website that not only arrived in time but also fit our space perfectly.
Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The quality of the putting green exceeded our expectations, and it was a big hit at our event!
If you're looking for a putting green—whether for an office, home, or event—I can’t recommend Putt Pro enough. We’ll definitely be returning for any future golf putting needs!
