This is a great product, I love the simple system and convenience of getting new product every couple of months. I especially love the night cream. The only thing missing in my opinion is a gentle exfoliator option. My skin mostly looks and feels great, but I don't always feel like it's a deep clean and I use other means to slough off any dead skin.
I used to use all types of serums, essences, toners, night oils, day and night creams to find the perfect balance for my skin. This program helped simplify my daily skin routine while giving me the same or better results. I didn’t have too many skin concerns before so I can’t speak to amazing results. But I haven’t wanted to go back to my old ways either because my skin feels clean, even tone, spf for the day and good night cream. I have been using Proven for around 9 months and I’ll keep it up.

So far so good! I’ve been using this consistently daily. I’ve noticed changes in my skin texture and have seen less breakouts. I love the way it feels and how easy it is to use! I do have some problem areas still but am hoping with continued use it will get better with time. Especially since I’ve seen good results so far.
I have been using Proven for over a year, I enjoy the product and the customer service was great when one of my creams would not dispense. They replaced the product quickly. I have had less breakouts and my skin feels improved. It is not perfect but I think that would be the same with any product.
I was very intrigued when I first read about Proven. After almost six months, I can say that I really love my skin care. Having only 3 things to deal with makes it easy, and the products are effective. As far as things that could be done better, I can think of 2. First, one of my shipments was delayed for 2 weeks because they could not get one ingredient. When I contacted customer service, they told me of the issue and said there was another ingredient that they could substitute, if I was ok with that. Really, they should have contacted me as to why there was a delay and what options I had. Second, I think the size of daytime treatment does not match the other two. I always run out of that first, at least a week or two before the others. Since the instructions tell you to reapply throughout the day, it would make sense to make it a little larger. All in all, I am very happy and have referred several friends and family members to Proven.
I do see improvement in my skin and overall I am pretty happy with Proven. The only reason I gave 4 stars is be cause of the price is a bit high.
The Proven products and team are wonderful! I love that the formulas are adapted to the seasons. I just need to use them quickly enough to get to the next box that was automatically and quickly shipped to my door. If you need more time between shipments, just email back when you get your reminder, and they’ll adjust it. I admit, I don’t use the products each morning and night like I should: #toddlermom. But when I do, like after a day at the pool, I love the feeling it gives my skin. Proven helps me look refreshed even with two toddlers running about!

The products are great and effective. My only complaint is the price is too expensive for me to be able to get the full system subscription. I also wish there were more flexible options for frequency of delivery instead of just 4, 6, 8, or 10 weeks.
Proven is overall great. So far I have seen some of the pigmentation on my face has lightened. Love the packaging. The only complaint that I have is the smell of the night cream. It’s very unpleasant and strong. Not sure if it’s just my formulation. Other than that, I love its simplicity
I’ve really enjoyed using Proven products. I’ve struggled with mild acne, and uneven skin tone since I was a teen. I’m now in my late 30s and have found that Proven’s formula is evening my tone and improving pimple outbreaks. They take so many factors into consideration when making your formula!
Part of my shipment was empty and I contacted the company right away. They were prompt and responsive. They replaced the absent product without question. I was very satisfied with their service.

It’s a great product, even if pricey. It’s the only product that’s actually reduced my acne after decades of painful and embarrassing pimples. The only thing I wish was different is that you would give subscribers an option of ordering individual items instead of the whole package, because they run out at different rates. I currently have 2 cleansers and an extra daily moisturizer, and it’s unfortunate that I will have to order all 3 again.
Proven has been a breath of fresh air for someone who has had a history of cystic acne and extreme scaring as well as being at an age where combating signs of aging have come into play. Proven is my one stop shop for all of it. My skin hasn’t been this clear in years even when I do break out no one can tell because of how even and smooth my skin looks & feels. I no longer have chronic cystic acne it’s very rare and whenever one does appear it doesn’t last very long. Currently with Proven I am maintaining a very clear and less aged complexion where I am completely comfortable going outside without makeup and feeling confident. However one area of skincare issues I’d like Proven to investigate, test and explore to better their products in my book is pore size control/pore visibility. Because the only area of my skin that I personally want to improve is the size of my pores or the visibility of them and I want Proven to find some possibilities to treat this issue because I honestly don’t trust other skincare brands as much to do so. Proven is honestly at a 4.5 for me but if they tackled that skincare issue that would tip them over the edge for me. Regardless if they try and make this improve to their products or not; Proven has delivered with clear cut results that will keep me a loyal customer of theirs for life.
Overall I feel like and the system work - I’ve definitely seen an improvement overall in my skin and my acne as well as toning previous scarring. And with failure in the entirety of my almost 30 years of living I can say that it is 100% the reason I have continued. I like the packaging and appearance to the products, and the information pieces that come with it. But, I do feel the products are disproportionate - based off of product instruction and use the cleanser and the night cream last considerably longer then the daily moisturizer due to the need of using it more often compared the other pieces. Also I was surprised that the new product pieces like the pore scrubber didn’t automatically come with my last box - I think you subscribers are just as if not more important then you new or none regular orders.
Love the fact it is formulated specifically for me. Not a fan of the bottles/pumps, I feel like those could be improved. Love the lip balm.
Love the day moisturizer with SPF. Wish the night cream was a heavier cream/ more moisturizing. Not a fan of the cleanser - it doesn’t do anything for me. I wish it was a regular cleanser for removing makeup that I can use. The packaging needs to be updated. Maybe use a tube for the moisturizer and cleanser. I feel you don’t get to use all the product and have to leave it upside down once it’s nearing the end to get the last bits of product out if you can and wastes product. I believe less is more in packaging.
Proven has definitely improved my complexion. I wish it would do more for my acne but that has improved as well, just not as much as I’d like to see. I feel like this product would be much more accessibly priced if they really pulled back on their packaging “experience”. It feels like I’m paying for a lot of unnecessary packaging design.
