Customer service is good However, Once the design is established and stored in my Orders I should be able to just re-order when needed and not have to pay for another $25 for Set-up again.

Quality is declining

Looks like Proworld is starting to have quality control problems just like its parent company. The transfers are still ok, but the last few orders, they can't get the transfers cut straight, and the ink has a strange, grid-like pattern, which makes pressing the shirt so much more time-consuming to get straight. Transfer Express (parent company) was unbeatable with customer service and quality in the distant past, and now they are near the bottom. I feel like Proworld is heading in that direction. I would say its the culture casusing these problems.

The EdTech Extravaganza

The transfers were delivered in a timely manner. The colors in the transfers were vibrant, and the school's technology department was very pleased with the outcome as it related to the conference theme.

Service stinks. Go anywhere else.

Ordered a heat press from ProWorld with an extended warranty. Heat press goes down. “They don’t have a tech.” No estimate as to how long it will take to get service. They attempt to send me to the extended warranty provider but my extended warranty wasn’t in effect. After they admitted they were still responsible for the warranty, they still didn’t have an answer. After THREE WEEKS I finally just get a “partial credit” and put that towards a new one. The new one arrives and doesn’t function right out of the box. They send me to the manufacturer. In this whole process they stopped answering my calls, earlier they never even once called me back when they said they would and delivered poor service. They had a “IT emergency” and I said “that’s frustrating, isn’t it? Imagine how frustrating it is they my business is slowed for 3 weeks waiting on you!” Save yourself the trouble and go directly to Stahl’s or anyone else. ProWorld service SUCKS!

High quality transfers

Great fast service! I'm a repeat customer of Pro World because I'm always happy with the high print quality of the transfers we purchase from them. The colors are always vibrant when we press them on our company shirts and are very durable. The team at Pro World are quick to reply to any inquiries about our orders and are always very friendly and professional. I will definitely keep ordering from Pro World and recommend them to anyone needing heat transfer sheets.

New heat press not heating to desired temperature…

We ordered a new heat press and the first time we went to use it, it did not heat up to the desired temperature. We called the contact us phone # and emailed service several times to resolve this problem, however, we haven't heard back from anyone from Pro World. We have left messages with our phone number and email address but no one has called nor replied to our emails. I have never gone to social media to reach out or complain about a product or service but I did regarding the lack of response received from leaving emails and trying to call the contact phone number. I did receive an automated response on social media which lead me back to the contact number and service email. Wrong part and delayed shipping

It took almost 2 weeks to get the part that said it would be here in 2 days. It was the wrong part as well. We made it work but it wasn't the same spring as the one that snapped. Even though we had put the model number in and that was the part your website told us was needed. We were out of work for much longer than expected and cost us considerably. The fact that the spring snapped at all was disappointing and dangerous, but receiving the wrong part with such a delay shows complete disrespect for us as a customer.

ProWorld Inc is a horrible company

ProWorld Inc is a horrible company. Do not buy anything from them. They currently have no tech support so if you have any issues on any equipment your are screwed. No help from anyone the supervisor Paulo Bilancieri avoids any contact with consumer. He never calls back. I’ve been with a broken heat press that cost between $2k-3k. It slowed my Mardi Gras season down and for a small business owner this is crucial. I’ve had this press for about 1.5 and had only been used for 1 year or so. We have another press that had the same issue and it took forever to fix now the har no tech support and we can’t even get parts. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel robbed and taken advantage of.

First Order but not the last

It's our first order from ProWorld and everything went smooth. Our order is still on it's way as we are located outside the USA but from our order to our freight forwarder it was easy.
