Their account/login page to manage or cancel a subscription is broken, so there's no self-service option. Cancelling required three separate email exchanges over several hours: each reply tried to push the billing date back or upsell instead of actually cancelling. Only got a written cancellation confirmation after I insisted a third time and mentioned I'd blocked payments with my bank. Truly appreciate this product! We had a dog with medical needs and now one that absolutely refuses to leave the house if there was a chance of wet paws. The response to my email was very quick. Emma was very helpful with trying to solve my issues. She asked if there was anything that could be done. My dog is completely house trained now so I no longer need the detergent or the spray and Emma answered my questions and solved my issue.
Best investment for your money you’re not throwing them out you’re not spending money every month at the store they wash beautifully they dry beautifully. I do recommend getting the laundry sheets that go with it and the enzyme spray works great best investment.
The puppy pads are great super absorbent and pups are drawn to them when they need to pee and poop.Easy to clean they go in washer and dryer with no shrinkage and no odour.
I have a monthly detergent that I was not using and I needed to stop the subscription. I had lost the original email with my order number in it. And somehow my email and account was unable to be found. However, Emma and her team worked very hard to help me with the situation and Emma was able to resolve this.

I love my PuppyPads. Honey is wonderful about using them when we can't go outside. I subscribed to the washing machine soap. I love how clean the pads get. Somehow, I got too many unused boxes, I contacted PuppyPad e-mail and asked that they hold the shipment for a for a few months.
