Payment issue
I had a payment issue and wrote customer services as soon as it happened and got an immediate answer. I was pretty shocked by the speed of it. Emma was really helpful and it was solved in a chick. I hope I will be as happy with the product, I have a good feeling I will.
Great customer service …
Great to work with and customer service was very helpful
I have 2 dogs
I have 2 dogs. One is a border collie & the other is a dachshund. The paper pads they would not use & the dachshund would tear them up all over the house. I bought 6 puppy pads & I’d highly recommend them. They really help out if it rains cause my dogs will not go potty in the rain. They wash & dry fairly fast too.

PUPPY PADS ARE FLOOR SAVERS!
I am so happy we discovered Puppy Pads. Our senior dog needed to go outside every couple of hours...we tried the 'blue' pads but Maggie wouldn't use them so when we discovered these Puppy Pads, she used them the first day! We purchased extra pads so we wouldn't have to be washing every day-we just rinsed the used pads and washed every 3-4 days with the recommended laundry detergent-great! Our Maggie passed away a few days ago and I had no problem cancelling our detergent subscription-customer service were very nice. When we adopt another dog, we will certainly be using Puppy Pads-I can't recommend them enough!

Puppy pads are "awake" when I'm not
I have three dogs, that sometimes wake up before I do and need to go out. But they can't, so they will use the puppy pads. They are great. It is primarily the smallest dog that uses them. Much better than those paper pads with the blue backing.

Emma in Customer Success/Service at PuppyPad was fantastic to deal with on a subscription issue that had been ongoing for too long. Honestly, probably the best customer service experience I’ve had. Extremely helpful, lighting quick response time!
A+++ Puppy Pad
My pup took to these pads the day they came in and now he is completely trained on them. He took one day for my older dog to catch on as well. I’m very pleased with the product! I highly recommend.

Open communication is great
Open communication is great. As a dog owner I appreciate the willingness to work with your customers. Besides that my new pup uses the pads quite well. We keep one in each room for her convenience plus outside runs.
Pads are Great - Order Process - Unsatisfactory
Puppy Pads work great for our older dog. The reason for only four stars is the order process discretely includes an auto subscription for repeat deliveries of soap sheets and sprays. It can easily be overlooked leaving one with unexpected charges going forward.
