Feel like ive been scammed

Feel like ive been scammed put the pads down in various places where he likes to wee and he hasnt not once.He had a good sniff ignored them and now continues to wee on the floor, beds, even shopping bags when ive brought them in. One day is advertised everyone sayinh how great they are. I was fed up mopping up wee spent a fortune in these pads and they havent done anything. Not happy at all

The team @Puppypads are brilliant they listen to you and make things right for you. I have had a hell of a week my little Pup had passed ( Fudge RiP ). The parcel that I was waiting for went to my old address and I must admit PuppyPad were on the case for me . I'm disabled but drove to get the parcel , I told them I was getting it and I would return the parcel and then Emma said don't worry about it all sorted for you. What a wonderful person and company thank you so kindly Emma

I have canceled the soap and deodorant…

I have canceled the soap and deodorant 3 times. They jeep sending it at the price of $40 for both. Never wanted it in the first place. Keep asking for return address and NO RETURN EMAIL. They also just sent another package of soap and deodorant. How can I get them to stop??? They will not answer their phone

I needed to return the product

I needed to return the product. Sarah from customer service contacted me & helped me take care of the entire return. She just couldn't of been any more thoughtful. These pads are absolutely the best!! If I ever get another dog, I would definitely buy these before I bought the puppy. I strongly recommend this product !!!! CS

Product and Customer Service review

The puppy pad product had not worked for my new puppy as I had hoped and expected when placing my order. although within the timeframe of placing my order and receiving the puppy pads, I had accomplished potty training (pee) faster than anticipated, and working on occasional indoor pooping incidents. I reached out via email to Puppy Pads customer service (Emma), was swift to answer my request, she provided suggestions and ultimately we came to a mutually acceptable resolution.

Excellent customer service

Emma appears to be human! And empowered to work through and solve problems. She understood my issue even though it didn’t fit into predefined multiple-choice categories, she could ask good questions and discuss the situation with me, and she could make good judgments about what solutions were available and most appropriate. This is what customer service ought to be.
