Hi , I ordered the necklace set and few bracelets in silver as I only wear silver. I’m disappointed with the shorter of the 2 necklaces as not only does it not sit right and keeps showing the back rather than the front of the small zirconia, the back seems to be tarnished really quickly. I probably won’t wear this necklace, I don’t regret my purchase because of the buying a meal , it’s such a good idea and I’m happy to do it, but the necklace was a disappointment. I’m

I have bought six pieces from Qamar Jewelry, four for myself and two for my sisters 50th birthday. Every piece is beautiful and carries a special message of hope for Palestine and all who suffer. My sister loves the gold olive leaf ring and gold bangle. I adore my Palestine Flag ring, Free Palestine beaded bracelet and green wristband. But most of all I love my Hardship and Ease Crescent Moon necklace; it gives me a sense of peace and oneness, a moon pendant that I can hold in my hands in times of struggle and it reassures me that these things will pass in time. I was recently left heartbroken to find that the necklace had caught on something and broken, with the Moon Pendant missing. Amira at Qamar Jewellery was so supportive that she arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me without charge. I’m overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity, plus it arrived on a particularly tough day and totally broke me to tears ~ this is so much more than a piece of jewellery, it is a talisman of Unity across all borders. I cannot fault the team at Qamar Jewelry, for their hard work and kindness and I highly recommend them to anyone who seeks jewelry with meaning. They have my utmost respect and gratitude. 🙏🏼
Extremely disappointing experience — beware before ordering I placed an order with this company a few weeks ago and clearly provided my UAE address. They even emailed me to confirm my delivery address, and I confirmed it with them. After repeatedly emailing them and waiting for an update on my order, I finally checked the tracking today — only to discover that my order was marked as delivered to Arlington, MA, USA. I live in the UAE. Seriously, how does that even happen after they specifically confirmed my address? The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The order took ages, communication was poor, and despite my repeated attempts to find out where my order was, I was left chasing them for answers. At this point, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of their service and their handling of customer orders. They also promote food donations to Palestine, but based on my experience, I personally have doubts about whether those claims are being fulfilled as advertised. I cannot verify this, but it is certainly something I would want customers to look into before supporting them. My advice: be extremely careful before placing a paid order with them. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend sending them money unless you are completely confident in their service and delivery process. i want my refunddd
The good thing is that I received everything i had placed an order for. The drawback was that it took its time in arriving. My original order was when there was “buy two and get third piece free” but the third bangle never came! And lastly, it is still unclear whether the 18C gold is actually gold or just gold plating? Overall, i am very pleased with my purchases and dismayed to learn that Qamar is saying goodbye. A genuine customer.

I recieved my items very quickly, very good service. I am very happy with my bracelets they seem to be good quality. I however ordered 2 surprise gifts and they arrived but both the same 2 serpent rings. I wear the ring daily now for a week and it is already tarnished changed colour, so l assume the other ring will do likewise, l am a bit disappointed with the rings l cant wear them and it is actually the 3rd time l have that ring in a surprise box l recieved the same ring from my son for Christmas and a key map necklace and they both tarnished. My bracelets how ever seem to be good quality after a week.
I bought the Qamar Sabr stack ring for my daughter and she loves it. The Olive leaf ring is gorgeous! It reminds me of the dedication towards the beautiful trees. I love the Midnight Elegance Stack and additionally bought two of the Midnight Bloom Bracelets for friends of mine who will be far away from me and it helps me know that we are still in touch. Knowing that it's going towards donating a meal with every order, makes it so much more worth it. Each time I wear it, it reminds me that I can make a difference for a family. Thank you Qamar!

I had been watching their ads on Facebook and liked the fact that their jewelry does not tarnish. I travel and do not want to take expensive jewelry. I also liked that the purchase supplies meals to Palestine. The purchase came in a timely matter and I am impressed with the quality.

Loads of rubbish, it’s all for China. It’s not easy to get your money back. There’s no customer service at all and I don’t think Palestine will get anything from it. Shame on you..
The order and delivery process was quick and efficient. As someone with sensitive skin that reacts to most products (even surgical steel and the hypoallergenic products), I am happy to report that I haven't had any allergic response to this material at all. The earrings are so pretty, good quality and I love what they represent.
Exact same experience as Sophie Franchi Lill’s review from 30 July 2026. I felt something was off when I got emails asking me to confirm my address and phone number even though everything was there on my order. The order has come from China and the jewellery unfortunately does not look like in photo - it is actually a completely different colour, style and quality. It is not gold plated and feels like a piece of scrap metal. I emailed asking to return the two rings as they didn’t fit and because the website states that they can only refund and not exchange. I got an email reply to say they can offer me a simple exchange - I can keep the rings and pay an extra 8.99 for each new ring. I never write reviews but feel so disappointed because I purchased from this website with a clean heart and because I wanted to support the cause - Palestine. I'm really saddened and disappointed and don’t want anyone else to get sucked into their false advertising and story. It’s a sad time for humanity when people do things like this for money - especially to use the Palestinian cause to tug at people’s hearts. Do better “Qamar Jewellery”.
Never order from them - My order was misplaced and I am thankful for that. As in the meantime I learnt from other reviewers who actually got their orders and google search on donations that they only donate about $0.90 for a meal and they charge 4 times the real value of their jewellery, which is not from the middle east (misleading name) but from China! Same quality as what you get for 1/10th of the price in cheaper outlets according to some of the reviews. This Chinese company prays on people's good heart and misleads them with subpar expensively priced jewellery. I am currently in discussion with them to get a full refund - as I still have not received the items I ordered on June 13th. I certainly don't want them either.
