I'm really happy with my order. The jewelry is beautiful, very well made, and the design is elegant and exactly what I was hoping for. What made the experience even better was the amazing customer service. The team was kind, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure my order was shipped well in advance and arrived on time.

I would not buy anything from those people, the website is confusing by their own admission. Good luck trying to to a straight answer from them. At checkout I i bought two items to get a third one free as they advertised my cart showed clearly that I am paying for two + 1 free, didn’t get a third free item like my checkout cart shows. They came up with lame excuses such as I didn’t choose my third item while it shows I am getting two bracelts + one free. Then they changed saying the packaging is my third free item. I needed only one item but bought two to get a free one, forget about it. Service, shipping, product all are terrible. There are much better ways to help not through these people.
Avoid!!
Avoid!! Spent £100 with this company, who incidentally are China based!!! The jewellery was pretty but really low quality, not worth the money at all. They had advertised some rings as adjustable which I ordered. When they arrived they weren’t adjustable and would barely fit a 6 year old. They refused to refund. They said I could send back to China at my own expense and that they could refund only a portion of how much I had spent on them. I wasted my time by corresponding with this company for a month. Offering to return and accept a suitable replacement but they weren’t willing to budge. Sent my bank a photo of the web page describing the rings as adjustable and a photo of what I had received and they gave me my money back within 24 hours. It’s a shame I had to go down this route as i gave them every opportunity to put things right. Unfortunately this company do not care about the fact that their product descriptions are misleading they just want your money.
Tarnishes fast
I ordered jewelry thinking that I would be able to wear daily and not have to take off when showering. After just over 1 month, I saw that my necklace was already tarnishing! The claims of being completely waterproof are not true! I contacted customer service, they said that since I was outside of the one month window to report damage, there was no free replacement- I would have to pay the around $11-12 shipping cost. My question is, if they are claiming that the jewelry is completely waterproof and you can wear it all the time, why would they only cover it for one month? False advertising and very disappointing!

Poor customer service and mediocre quality products
I didn’t think the jewelry quality was worth the price. Contacted them via email for return address. They kept giving me the runaround of send us photos “so that we can help you better”. After my third email, I was sent a return address in CHINA. I was also told that there is a 25% reduction in price paid for items and of course return shipping to China is not covered. With all their advertising of a “Muslim company” and caring about helping the poor…how about helping your customers get better service ?…. This is not an honest company doing honest business. Just my 2 cents.

Their jewelry is good. But they have a HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a lot of items and wanted to return some.!8 reached out several times by emailing, on Instagram, filling out the message form on their website. I did everything. And they never got back to me. They have a horrible customer service department. If you get lucky with your order, then great. If you don’t like your item, you’re screwed because these people WILL NOT get back to uou and will keep your money

Would not recommend. I sincerely hope this Shein quality outfit donates to Gaza as the £85 worth of jewellery is not worth more than £20 max. I thought it was an ethical company but now I’m not convinced!

Very disappointing
I bought 3 items in June 2026. One was supposed to be a gift by them. But it was not. I wrote to them. No answer. One item was a golden 18 carats ring with olive leaves. After 7 wearings the gold disappeared totally and it went Silver with a partially rusty part!!!. I wrote to them. No answer. Extremely annoying. A very huge disappointment. I still did not try on the remaining 2 items.

Cheap crap
Cheap crap. One piece tarnished in 4 days, another is showing signs of the gold wearing off. Trading on the palestinean cause. Difficult to get a refund if over 30days that you complain. I emailed them at33 days and told I was out of the 3O DAY TIME BRACKET! I didn't wear one piece immediately but when I did it tarnished in under 36 hrs of wear. They then said ide have to pay 8.99 postage for a repkacement. CHINA SCAM

Beautiful jewellery and great customer service
I bought a few pieces to give as gifts to others, they arrived exactly as pictured and the recipients all loved them. One of the bracelets purchased unfortunately had a clasp that broke after one wear, but the customer service team were all extremely helpful and sent me a replacement immediately.
High quality and chic pieces with a purpose
I have recently met Qamar and I already love it. I have purchased several pieces from them and I wear them everyday. I am severely allergic normally but I have had no issues with the pieces I bought from them. They are very high quality and look really elegant. But my most favourite thing about Qamar is for sure the customer support, they are verh quick, very caring and very thoughtful.
