I placed a second order when I realized the quantity of the hair in my first order would not be enough for my preferred style. The order was also delivered in good time despite the holiday rush. The hair is as good expected on installation, very lightweight and I’m pretty satisfied with it.
I ordered the pre looped kinky straight crochet hair. And I am so frustrated with the loops. They were connected and I can't use the hair.the thread is so small and thin that I can't untangle the hair. I wasted my money. I can't use the hair at all. After pulling 20 pieces I couldn't use any more of the hair.

First I was told about QVR from my nail tech and was very excited to try. After reviewing the video and making a decision to purchase I was excited with the shipping, receiving package and ready to install. my beautician was a little confused on the installation process but she figured it out. Afterwards it was beautiful. it was installed on November 5th. It says human hair so she put mousse on it with a little water for styling. I wrapped it up in a silk bonnet. it was good for a week that's when this suppose to be human hair went down hill. The hair got so matted and tangled I had to finger comb it during the day it would not stay wet n wavy with water, it drew up like synthetic hair, fuzzy looking. I had to soak the hair with the mousse to get it untangle. this was every day nothing helped. I finally cut it and it frizzed up. I am really disappointed in the hair and it's performance and quality. I really thought I had made a good purchase but I didn't. sorry will not be buying from QVR again!!!!

I ordered this hair based off of a few reviews I saw on YouTube. I purchased the Afro Kinky hair and installed mini twist. It came out so well. The hair is so soft and fairly easy to work with. I have received so many compliments and most think I got my hair professionally done. The thing I love best is the texture and how natural it looks in comparison to my own hair. It blends seamlessly. I have reinstalled the hair and thought the quality went down slightly it still has a nice effect. Will be ordering agin!
