I have been waiting to talk to someone…

I have been waiting to talk to someone all day. I sold them gift cards and have not been paid. I get the same answer there is a problem or a delay but no one will tell me what it is or how to correct it. I get an AI who gives me the same answer for the last 8 hours. So frustrating: UPDATED THEY RESPONDED AND I GOT MY MONEY. THANK YOU
