Parts i needed to fix my clothes dryer arrived way quicker than Amazon or eBay. Also the parts (heater core, fuse and sensor)fit perfectly on my 20 year old whirlpool stack.

My experience was not good. I called to cancel this order almost immediately. I ordered the wrong part. It was shipped to me anyway. I didn’t open the box and sent it back to your company yesterday. Then I could not get the right company to talk to about the situation. I will not order from you again.

Wrong part, no response to email

I bought two lightbulbs listed on the invoice as W10565137 which is a 3.8W bulb. What arrived were W113338583 which is a 5W bulb. I've sent an email To Repair Parts Inc / Air Filter Factory about the problem and had no response other than this request for a review. (If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. That will change if I get a response to my email. I hope I do.)
