Parts in stock and immediately shipped

Ordered a part early in the morning, before open of business, and received an email 8:45 AM that it had already been shipped, with tracking number!. When the part if for a refrigerator, you don't want any delays, and this company excels.

Great customer service

My experience with this company was made great by the customer service I received. Initially, the young lady I spoke to was not very knowledgeable about the product, but she did find somebody who was and provide me with guidance. She also sent me an email regarding the modifications that had to be made to the new part prior to installation. This was most helpful and made my job successful.
