REPORTING TO THE BBB they are a scam They fraudulently charged my card multiple times took advantage of my son being disabled misrepresented themselves and the help they can provide. Sick, sick individuals. When I called back with concerns they beat around the bush and refused to give me their company name. They addressed themselves as AKM? After simply googling the number I found that to be another lie. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. I will post the email with transaction amount sent by your employee to any proper channel needed. As I have all proof screenshotted.

Reschedule 2 flights
I had 2 flights that were canceled. I called to get help to reschedule what I needed. David worked with me and made all the changes. He was very patient and took care of everything for me. When I tried to review him with a 5 star I lost the link. I called back to try my review again and Leo sent me the link so I could complete it.
