Jake was incredibly patient with me. I am def in one ear and I have chemo brain, so it takes me a little longer to process than others. I asked him to talk slowly. He did with kindness. I started just booking 1 flight. Then desided to book a second. Jake was super helpful and looked at multiple days for a low price for me. He deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!

Booked a 2 rooms through this joke of a place. They told us the hotel had a swimming pool and kitchenette when we arrived all it had was a horrible smell of meth and weed. I am a recovering drug addict so I know what it smells like. We stayed one night and call this booking company and they told us to check out and they would refund us and find us another place. 3 hours later I called back and was told that they weren't going to refund us or help us book another place. This place is a joke I wouldn't recommend using this company for anything. I am having a police escort back to the hotel and try and get my money back that way. Or hopefully have the hotel shut down.

appalling customer service . I have now emailed a total of five times with no response hence this review as I may get a reply here . I booked a HIE , the price advertised (and that I authorised) was £39 , when I checked my bank £56 was taken . Despite immediately emailing them , over 2 weeks ago I have not had any reply at all . Email sent 7/7: I have just booked this online - the price advertised was £39 . I have checked my bank and you have charged me £56.84 . I booked on the basis it was £39 and when I pressed confirm nothing came up to tell me of this price increase or any additional charges . Can you please clarify as this is clearly misleading advertising . I note you state there are extras , this is a disgusting way to advertise and there is nothing indicating additional charges are being applied when “confirm booking” screen appears . I would be grateful if you could refund me the difference in the price I paid to the price advertised . ***** responding to the generic reply which is used for every negative review**** I have already “reached out” to you via email six times yet you don’t respond . I am not wasting further money by calling you on an international number 🙄 I included all the details on those emails , maybe if you replied to those then you can resolve the issue . Got scammed. Price on website €280 when i booked my credit card was charged $462. The extra was a booking fee which was never mentioned.

Completely deceptive company. Came up looking as if booking directly with the hotel. Over $200 in fees added in beyond the quoted price. When we noticed, we tried to cancel & go directly through the hotel. This joke of a company has a "cancelation fee" of the entire amount paid but out of their "kindness " they offered a one time 10% refund. They wanted to give me $58 & keep over $500. Shady, deceitful & ridiculous business.

Went to what appeared to be the hotel website and booked a room for one night for what was stated as $98US. When the charge came through it was over $150US. They had added $52 for spurious taxes and charges that are not shown before you book. Non-refundable and cannot contact them. Disgusting company Just got a response from the company as a result of writing this review but I cannot reply to it so I’m editing this to confirm that the booking WAS through Reservation Centre and the reference is R5025116989. Room charge is USD$98.59 and they added USD$53.47 for unspecified reasons and fees. I want a full refund so I can go elsewhere

Tried to book hotel in Tallinn. Website came up like hotel one.Showed price 107 euros including breakfast. When finished paying get charged 128 plus 8.50 booking fee.Send messages but no answer. After reviewing some other comments I realise that I too have been scammed. I thought I was dealing with the hotel directly, the price quoted of 117.00 (in New Zealand, which is where I was) was comparable to other agency prices. At no stage was there any indication that this was a US booking site, until I received my confirmation, at which point I've been charged in US$ , with a no cancellation no refund policy! Complete scam. I will continue to promote /review this negative experience as far and wide as I can to hopefully stop others from the same fate. No acknowledgement or response from them to my emails either.
