The paid ad on Google is deceptive
The paid ad on Google is deceptive. It looks like the hotel brand but only charges more than the hotel website with no added value. And it is non refundable. If you call for service they lie and decieve to hold on to your money. A complete scam. Bypass the paid ad and go right to the hotel. I guarantee that it will be a better deal with real customer service.

Double Reservation
I put in my information to book the room, and it told me there was an error. Then I call the hotel directly and he tells me that 2 reservations went through.

We liked the location, cleanliness of the hotel, but disliked standing in line an hour for our beverages. Yes, they were free if you like nasty Budweiser or bud Light. Poor scheduling of staff and definitely poor communication on drinks.
Secondly and more importantly, I placed a lost item on Monday regarding a shirt I left behind hanging in the closet. It is now Thursday afternoon and no update. Your hotel either has it or not. If not, that would make one think that someone decided to take it home.

I will never use the online reservation thing again because it cost me $18 for a service fee for a room with the wrong beds in it it's very inaccurate and vague in the description which ended up in a cancellation and extra fees for no reason

SCAMMMMM, I booked a reservation thinking it was the brands website but actually this one!! I immediately canceled and am still awaiting a refund that I have not received from almost two weeks ago!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

You should have been very clear that you were NOT the hotel.
AND you need to all9w people to book more than 1 night at a time. That process was very confusing and resulted in my making two separate reservations. It all seems like the object of the site is to confuse.

Person that answered the phone was very helpful in getting my two rooms booked and making sure I booked them on the first floor and on the correct dates. IFYKYK!

Overall, the hotel is nice, but if you leave anything in your room, the staff will steal it. They took my prescription sunglasses. I called the hotel every day and Nobody has seen them. I will not stay here knowing my stuff is not safe in the room.
