Booked with them May 4, realized within 10 minutes I had mde for wrong date. Called to cancel and was charged $17.99! I didnt realize this was a 3rd part company. I called hotel directly to correct dates. Hotel said they would waive the cancellation fee and to tell RC that. I did and after several calls I received email saying I would receive the fee within 10 business days. That was 2+ months ago. June 16 I called and after over 1 hr finally was told a supervisor would call me within 3 days--STILL WAITING. I wont be tricked again into dealing with this company.

There was a mistake on the first reservation I made. I called the number given for it and the lady was very nice and fixed it for me. That was a pleasant experience! Today we realized we needed to be there a day earlier, so I called to add a day. The lady was extremely rude and was going to charge $600. for it. I told her no and went online and booked it for $94. I really didn't appreciate her attitude or her trying to scam me. I'm sorry I caused her to have a job that day.

I accidently made a reservation on the wrong day and not through the hotel itself. I realized it within 10 minutes. The website was deceiving. I didn't see anything from Reservations Desk. Lots of noise in the background. Very unprofessional, I will never make reservations there nor will I recommend you.

I was booking for Sunday July 12th. When the reservation completed, it was for today July 10th. I called immediately. Your "Alex" simply told me that the reservation was non-refundable and would not move the reservation to July 12th. He said the hotel was not answering its phone. You are thieves!
