The trip was amazing. Resort is beautiful and such a unique experience. Lots to do and super friendly staff. Shout out to Biggy at Maudes and Sarah at Mavericks for their great service. Would absolutely come again and recommend to my friends!

Do not I repeat do not stay at this place. First of all I checked in the Livonia mi Wingate on Middlebelt rd Revan H is supposed to be the manager which is VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE FIRST NIGHT ME MY DAUGHTER AND MY Grandbaby arrived from being on the road 13 hours from Ga we was extremely tired just wanted to rest and sleep we went back down to get food it was menhanging outside in the parking lot and in the lobby walking around the hotel and also in the back of the hotel smoking and drinking there was also kids running up and down the hallway a lot of teenagers were there checking in and out cars pulling up loud music was my first night experience second day same thing and I seen a bug near the air conditioner and I just killed it thinking it was just a lil bug the third day I was there. My Baby was in the bed and my daughter noticed a bug on her sleeve she thumped it off of her and and it landed on the wall I took a picture of it and it was a BED BUG I will share., I immediately went downstairs and told the front desk, counter guy, and he said that he will have the exterminator to exterminate. This was the third day that I was there.he said he couldn’t do anything about it and I will have to speak to management but please don’t call corporate because REVAN H will handle it Wednesday once I was able to finally speak with Ravon. He was very rude and nasty and told me all hotels have bad bugs until like just get over it if I have a problem, then call corporate so I will be calling corporate and also posting that they have bedbugs watch your children and watch your stay there and it’s not safe.

I stayed for six nights and received full housekeeping service only once. I was told that full cleaning is provided every four days and that, on the remaining days, housekeeping only replaces towels and empties the trash. However, on Sunday, not even those basic services were provided. The room is not suitable for business travelers because it does not have a table or chairs to work from. I tried using the tables in the common areas and the outdoor pavilion, but it was extremely difficult because people were smoking marijuana throughout the property. As a result, the common areas were consistently filled with the smell, making them unpleasant places to work or relax. I asked to speak with the hotel manager to discuss these issues, but she never made time to speak with me, not even through a phone call. The front desk staff showed little interest in listening to or resolving my concerns. At no point during my stay did anyone offer an apology for the poor experience. The only positive aspect of my stay was the dining room staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. I paid approximately USD $110 per night, including taxes. At that price point, the level of service provided is far below what should reasonably be expected. The hotel appears to cater primarily to contractors, giving the impression that occasional guests are not a priority. I do not recommend this hotel, and I will not stay here again.
