We stayed at this hotel on July 9, 2026. It was the dirtiest nasty place we have been to in over 20 years. When we walked in the bathroom the toilet seat was up and covered in pee. I’m positive the sheets were dirty. If we would not have been to tired to drive we would have left. My husband ended up cleaning the entire room and we spayed the bed down with sanitizer Don’t stay here and continue to let this place stay open. They need to be shut down

DON'T USE THE POOL
I am currently staying here this week. This is my 2nd night. The first night I visited the pool, it was extremely cloudy, I couldn't see my feet at the bottom. I put in a request at the desk to have it cleaned and chemicals added. Today it was still in the same condition. When I asked the lady at the desk if the pool was going to be cleaned and chemicals added to clear it up, her response was, most likely not, they are working on the back parking lot. Ok, so one amenity that cannot be used that is included in our cost. Thanks Hampton, got it! Won't come back here.

$17.99 Service fee for what???? Why isn't that just part of the cost of conducting business? Nickel and Diming is a quick way to lose customers.

Studio 6- 55 W Merritt Blvd Fishkill New York was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a hotel. I cannot even give them 1 Star, trash outside, people hanging outside, non working elevator. Cannot contact the front desk. Honestly I would sleep in my car before staying there. You cannot file a complaint because its managed somewhere in India. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

I like that you include the taxes and fees in the quote
Not sure i like the cancelation policy of a one night's stay. Especially if it is canceled in a short amount of time. The policy should be a little more prominent. Not that upset about it but it is annoying since there are others in my party and we are trying to make sure of lodging...we might not need my Xtra room. We got it now so...it is what it is.
