Stay away the other reviews are fake this place is a dump the carpet was sticking and smelled very bad the beds where rock hard the pillows smelled no water pressure very dirty hotel we stayed there 2 nights they ran out of coffee both morning the key card only worked one time and you had to have it reprogrammed this place is only a 1 star at most

I booked a year ahead for this year's Sturgis at Staybridge Suites in Rapid City S.D...... I get there and they tell me I canceled earlier...Apparently this is common practice with them... So they can sell for Sturgis rates !!! STAY CLEAR AND BE FORWARNED

1. The ability to contact the hotel directly for reservation. I was directed to a 3rd. party. 2. Using the 3rd party service I was not able to make the reservation, the process caused a fraud alert on credit card and a hold on purchases, including this reservation.

I make a mistake calling this website to reserve a room in The Bronx New York! Over charge me for the room totally ripoff ! Don’t use this website use Expedia million times better and better rates !! Stay away from this shi!$!!!

Beds were comfortable rooms very clean. Front desk persons very committed to my happiness, comfort and satisfaction. Even after I goofed on my booking. Didn’t book proper days to stay , desk booking couldn’t reach me, Boone. My room another night so I wasn’t out on the street. Thankfully..

Alli at the front desk made my experience exceptionable! She came to the rescue when my toilet was clogged and also provided me a lightbulb for the dead light fixture! She coordinated the Maintenance Dude come check out fixture and address the toilet clog which the previous guest must have had kids stuffing plastic bags down there.She genuinely cared about me and my stay for the James wedding! We were there for a short stay but had a few concerns that Ms Alli handled with professionalism ,politeness and personality!I can’t enough positive vibe stuff that she gave off to myself and everyone she came in contact with!
