I booked the 1 bedroom cottage for my daughter and I for a couple of nights. first impression was not that bad. Property is nice, the cottage was on the small side and bathroom and shower really small making it a bit of a challenge to get ready. In the kitchen though, only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove worked, the 2 back ones making it difficult to prepare a meal. The kicker was that there was a mouse in our cottage. there were mouse droppings in the kitchen utensils and under the bed and after I cleaned them on day 1 there were more on day 2 so I know the mouse had been back. the hotel did not offer any kind of discount which I feel should have been offered since dealing with mouse droppings is not typical when on vacation. Also just noting that some kids were running around and screaming for hours on end both nights we were there which I found inconsiderate of the parents which didn't appear to be anywhere around. Overall, location is close to the beach but, that's just about all it has going for it

We called the Reservation Desk and the amount quoted to us was $100 higher than reserving online with the hotel. We tried Best Western and Comfort Inn and got the same reaction. Why is there such a difference in prices depending on how you reserve your room. This is crazy. I ask why the huge difference in prices and the girl tried to tell us it is because the hotel did not have the updated prices. This was very bizarre.

I was misinformed by one of the Agents named Efme Gomez , she completely lied about any other fee’s on the hotel, told me not to book with expedia because they would charge me double, and was trying to rush me into renting the hotel room with her, claiming I was getting a “deal”. After I felt i was misinformed I called the actual front desk and asked if everything the agent told me was accurate and they told me no that there are more fee’s I would have to pay on site which amounted to double what i paid (Something I told her i did not want to happen and which she claimed expedia would do). I tried getting a refund as soon as possible but i apparently could not due to the policy of the hotel. This was a very stressful experience, especially since i was very vocal on having a budget and not wanting to spend more than necessary. Hopefully the agent gets penalized and doesn’t misinform any other customers in the future.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel few days back. The room was clean but bathroom supplies like shower gel was completely empty and I didn't realize until I was in shower. It was horrible. I would suggest that having basic bathroom supplies is bare minimum for good customer experience. Another issue was bad lighting in the room especially for people who want to work late at night. The only good thing was their bar staff especially the night staff. Very nice folks, made me nice vegetarian dish after 9pm. I was super hungry but they accommodated my requests. Thanks to them.

The service from the front desk to the lounge to the dining room was absolute perfection. They could not have been nicer. The place is clean and efficient. I would 100% come back here.

The front desk lady ms andrea service is beyond great. I wanted to leave the hotel from a simple problem. She arrived and fixed the problem immediately and made my stay so comfortable now i dont want to leave. This five star review is made because of her exceptional help and services .
