My morning flight was cancelled so I needed somewhere to go for the day, did a day pass here, then my flight was re-booked for 550p. I tried to cancel it about 10 minutes after booking it, and they told me I couldn't. So we went to the hotel to use this day pass for a few hours, we dropped our bags off and then were told that we dont have access to the pool and its currently closed. As we left we saw a handful of families using the pool. It was really aggravating, wouldnt use again.
Very disappointing experience, especially for anyone with mobility limitations
We purchased ResortPasses for Hilton Waikoloa Village and unfortunately spent less than half our visit actually enjoying the amenities due to poor signage, lack of staff, and accessibility issues.
We arrived around 11:00 and spent nearly an hour walking around the enormous property trying to figure out where to get wristbands, with no staff available to help. By the time we reached the lazy river, our friend with significant mobility limitations had become overheated and we had to arrange a golf cart to get her back across the property.
When we eventually found where to get wristbands, staff refused to let me pick hers up for her, forcing her to make another trip across the resort. Yet when she arrived separately with her partner, no one even checked their reservation before handing them wristbands.
Between trying to navigate the property, find assistance, get wristbands and towels, and allow our friend time to recover, it was nearly 4:00 by the time we made it to the other pool—and the slide our kids were excited about closed about 45 minutes later.
For the price of the passes, this was incredibly disappointing. I would especially caution anyone considering this ResortPass with an elderly guest or someone with mobility limitations. The property is enormous, the process for day guests was poorly organized, and accessibility support was extremely lacking.
This is my first time using resortpass, I was able to enjoy a full day at one of the most beautiful resorts in Miami. Check in was smooth. Planing on continuing using it.
So far so good your website was good very easy to navigate given the information I needed. I got a receipt. I’m just hoping when I get to the hotel, they will actually be booking for me.
I booked for the first time at the Hilton Del Mar. When we walked into the lobby to check in hotel guests were already complaining about lack of pool lounges, not occupied initially but only to have 7 lounge chairs total for that size of a hotel and to offer resort pass. We went to look and it was packed even people sitting on the cement. We asked the lobby for a refund and they told us to contact resort pass. Resort pass sent us back to the hotel. We will see if I get a refund due to false advertising of the pool amenities.
We reserved a private two person daybed with canopy shade, and that was not what we received. Instead of a full canopy shade it was a bedsheet only covering half for shade. In addition, one of the cushions was messed up but they did their best to fix it. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, but it was not what we paid for.
The lounge chairs were dated and dirty.
The pool had too much chlorine, babies were in the pool with diapers on, it was disgusting. The picture on Resort Pass was definitely much better than the actual pool area.
Best money spent! So glad I picked a daycation at the pool instead of the beach. Arrived when it opened at 8 am. Had my choice of lounge chairs to pick from. Everything is right there - towels, clean bathroom & showers to rinse off, place to order drinks or food. If you just want water, walk on down to the lobby to buy. Even had great music playing. This beat going to beach by a long shot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a day pool pass!
I needed a place to go for the day and found this loved seeing this place on Resort Pass. I wish there were places like this everywhere. It was so peaceful, I met a lot of people, was able to spend time to myself, all of the amenities were so nice, clean, and the host was very accommodating and welcoming. He just started here 2 months ago and did a great job catering to all of the guests.
The pool could be cleaner - water was to cloudy! Location is good, staff members are nice, booking process - also good! Food is ok not much of a variety.
This pool needs a whole vibe between the music the pool layout, lighting., it needs a real pick me up & also good entertainment.
It was a good day no one at pool but my family. The resort pass did not show up at hotel luckily the employee just made us a key after showing i had already paid.
We used ResortPass to stay a day at a Kimpton resort on Roatan while we were in port from our cruise ship. The property was beautiful and the staff took amazing care of us. We rented a cabana and relaxed out of the sun when we weren’t in the pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend ResortPass for any day trips you want to take.
Was looking forward to a nice relaxing day by the pool. Instead we had the resorts music playing PLUS the lifeguard had a speaker hidden under his chair playing his music on full blast. Hearing two speakers playing music at the same time is anything but relaxing. He was asked to lower it and did for maybe 10 minutes. Rules clearly state NO SPEAKERS. Why is the employees enjoyment more important than the guest?
