I had no idea this existed till I saw it on YouTube. This hotel was wonderful. The staff was so friendly. We will be back next cruise. I don’t know why we didn’t know about this hotel sooner. Thank you for everything.

This place was beyond our expectation. It washes your soul. Loved every minute and did not want to leave. Its food compares to Michelin star. Our compliments to the chef. The best fish taco I have ever had. Thank you again for an incredible day and thank you for your hospitality. Every time I'm visiting this area this will be on my list of a day or two to spend in. The entire staff was so accommodating and sweet.
Beautiful entrance, great front end customer service. Pool was empty and quiet. So peaceful.
The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the decorative charm of the hotel. I also liked their dj set that brought a more upbeat atmosphere yet wasn’t too loud where it was disruptive when socializing.
Rained and lighting made us leave pool 2 times. Didn't get the full experience. Also ate at Biggios and took for ever to get service and our food. Negative experience all around. Spent so much money for nothing
I accidentally booked the wrong date three days in advance, and trying to change my reservation or get any kind of help has been practically impossible. When someone finally responds to my emails, they’re not helpful at all! This was my first time using ResortPass, and I honestly hope I never have to use it again.

Only person that paid. They gave the rest to the other people for free but I paid $350?! And they say bucket of a beer but it was 4 beers not 6? Also can’t see the TV and didn’t play any relative music. Would give this 0/5 if I had the chance.

Resort pass at the Sheraton was very good and enjoyable. The only complaint was lack of service for drinks. My husband had to go up to the bar twice for cocktails. Otherwise, awsesome!!
