Terrible support and bad terms of use
Having learned about the Restoro program, I, as a potential user, wanted to try this program. But as it turned out, they don’t have a free premium version for a certain period, which leads to strange thoughts. As we live in 2023, we can not get a trial version, without unnecessary problems. 3, 7, 14 days at least something? But no, this company doesn't do that. They justify that you have the opportunity to return your funds after 60 days, but people who have experienced this opportunity know that you need to go through 10 circles of hell to get your funds back. And after reading the information on the Internet, I was convinced of this, many users mentioned the incompetence of the Restoro support service. And they received the funds after a month or even more, and only after they had already extorted their money from the company. Therefore, I do not advise you to rely on this opportunity. I wrote to support to see if this was true and the person (namely Kim B (Customer Service & Technical Support Rep.)) could not help me, but simply pretended to me that they did not have such a trial version. Support does not help, but only works according to the script, I did not receive any help, all words and actions are aimed only at getting money. Although I mentioned that it is important for me to test the program, in my company there are 100 employees with corporate computers, they could become potential users of the program, which I think is important for your company. Trying to upgrade from win7 too win10. Kept getting a migration data error. When i researched it on line an advert came up for Restoro, quoting exact same issue with same error code and claiming that by purchasing Restoro and running the program, it will be fixed.

DO NOT give this company your money
DO NOT give this company your money. I was having a Windows issue and, while researching the fix, happened upon an advertisement for Restoro. It completely destroyed my working files for ongoing clients, and I had to work with customer service for hours to get it restored from an acceptable point. It cost me nearly $1000 in lost work. I uninstalled the program and got a refund.
Now, I have someone claiming to be Restoro calling me to tell me that even though I uninstalled Restoro, I cannot actually get rid of it completely and there are "bits" of Restoro still on my computer. They claim that they are getting notifications on their end that something is wrong with my computer and want a shared session to see what's going on.
Restoro was the single worst decision that I made for my business and it still plagues me.
ETA: Many of the 5-star reviews appear to be fake.
