One of my Kodak charmera blind boxes was open which ruined the surprise and was a little upsetting but the others were fine.
Crushed box
Granted it’s not an expensive item, (Kodak charmera ), it was sent in a padded envelope, and when I got it, the box was crushed. Item wasn’t damaged but it was meant to be a Christmas gift and it was kind of embarrassing that I gave something with a crushed box as a gift.

My item was packaged very well. Roberts was awesome with communication during the whole process
No integrity
Considering they just shipped me an alien bees light without a power cord, so I don’t even know if it works, and it’s $40 to get a cord from buff I would never shop there. I checked out on eBay as a guest so my choices were limited, and instead of fessing up to their mistake they let PayPal side with them. Such bullsh*t on their end. Zero integrity.
