The products are pretty good. The shipping time is lengthy but, you do get the products eventually.

I like Rose Gal because they have quite a large choice. I already bought clothes, kitchen equipment etc. My only problem is that sizing of bra is very different from what they describe.

I was expecting cheap quality due to the low price I paid but though it's not luxury items, it is way beyond my expectations and truly original. Everything fits perfectly and I receive good comments on the dresses (especially the watermelon dress…) when I wear them. Unfortunately, winter is coming here, in Montreal, so I'll have to wait until next year to wear them again!”

I ordered quite some stuff from Rosegal and happy with them. The only thing is that the material is a bit thin. The sizes fits well according to size chart
BEWARE THESE ARE ASIAN SIZES
Beware this coy has ASIAN SIZES and so before i realised i ordered x 2 XXL which seems to be asian medium,no good THIS SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR ON THE SITE take note rosegal.com . I wont shop here anymore its common sence to advise uk customers of this problem, they did not. Cant wear these shirts. They are polite and friendly but its not acceptable to not advise UK customers of this size problem, there is no indication on site , i was part refunded $3 on first shirt 2nd had been ordered before i was aware of this problem,rosegal should refund same for this 2nd problem shirt rosegal.com order. PLEASE ADD TO YOUR SITE ( ASIAN SIZES ) The link you have sent me in an email does not function ,when clicked on it says QUESTION DOES NOT EXIST ?? ------------------------------------------- Thankyou rosegal for refunding me.

I've been ordering from Rosegal for a good 3 yrs now. It helps to have a profile to keep track of orders and disputes. This year I learned to not order multiple orders at once. I had issues with not receiving some, items being out of stock and eventually either replaced or refunded. As a bigger girl, I appreciate the cute and affordable bigger sizes they carry. Sizing can be a little off depending on what kind of fabric was used, but everything has always fit. I had one order never make it even after they said they'd ship it again, took 4 months to resolve and ended up in a refund but customer service was pleasant. Jewelry is fantastic at those prices and I get a lot of compliments on the bathing suits. Definitely a great store to buy from.

I bought approx £75 worth of items and …
I bought approx £75 worth of items and not one thing fit me. The sizings are all chinese sizings which is not stated anywhere so much much smaller than UK sizings. Very very disappointing and as the mother of a disabled child who works full time and scrimps and saves this was a treat for myself so I now am left out of pocket and without any clothes. So upset **UPDATE** I would like to post an update here. Whilst the sizing issues do still stand Rosegal have been very helpful, they were very quick in contacting me to find out what could be done to rectify the situation, they refunded half the money without me sending anything back and have said they are going to look into the sizing problems. I cannot fault them for the response. Well done Rosegal

I'm shopping with Rosegal for a year now and I'm satisfied with results. Every time I got what I orderd in time period of max 25 days. Quality of products varies from a price. If any problem occurred people from Customer Service were kind enough to solve it. They often have sales, so It's a bargen to shop with them.

I have been ordering from Rose Gal for years. I love that they offer unique styles and items I don't see elsewhere. I can always count on finding really reasonable prices also. I've never had to return anything and always been satisfied with my purchases. You do need to pay attention to their sizing advice on each item, and some will be sized differently that what you might be used to. But in doing that, everything I've ordered has always fit well. I will be continuing to order from Rosegal for years to come.

Love the bathing suit
Love the bathing suit. It's a bit tight though the chest but fit good everywhere else. The shipping was slower then expected. Wasn't able to take on vacation.
Still waiting... almost 2 months later...
Update: as I've been waiting for 2 months for the dress with no result, Rosegal has fully refunded my money and said if it arrives it is still mine to keep. I would have loved to have had the dress, but i appreciate a refund without even asking. I ordered a summer dress from here July 29th - it's September 23rd and still no dress has arrived. It will be far too cold to wear the summer dress that I had bought for a wedding at the end of August thinking naively that this would be enough time. I know they state items can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, but I honestly didn't think it would really take that long. I have contacted the company and they have been in contact about this. I will update when (if?) I receive. (2 stars given rather than 1 because they have been in contact at least).

Frustrating Experience
I regret ordering from Rosegal. I ordered 3 night lights for my wife. They were for Valentine's Day (the night lights mainly feature some hearts). I ordered the night lights in January. I thought that they would arrive in time. Wrong. 2 of the night lights arrived in March. The final one didn't arrive until May or June. I had to submit a few tickets. I don't think anything would have been done had I not complained. I received some nice responses. In general, though, the responses weren't that helpful. All of the delivery estimates were way off. A few excuses were also given. The items were coming from China. Still, they shouldn't have taken forever to arrive. The night lights are cute, but somewhat cheap. The last one has to be plugged in (the other two can run on batteries or be plugged into a computer). The company did honor a guarantee (when the final night light failed to arrive, another one was shipped to me for free). I give them credit for that. Still, it took way too long for everything to arrive. The prices for the items are low. Discounts are also earned kind of easily. Still, I have no interest in ordering from Rosegal again.
