Easy Peasy ordering and returns.

My previous rug did not match my area. I returned it without any problems - easy peasy :). Today I ordered another. The prices are fantastic. Rugs.com is my go-to company. There's a huge variety and rugs for all tastes.

Flimsy Rug and $35 return fee

The rug I received looked flimsy. It was very thin and the colors and patterns were different from the picture on the website. When I attempted to return the rug, they charged me a $35 return fee.

The selection is amazing

The selection is amazing. Impossible to not find something I'll like. The pricing and sales are great. The last two or three rugs I've purchased have been from Rugs.com I especially like the "see it in your room" feature.

I've bought several rugs over the years…

I've bought several rugs over the years with rugs.com and it has always been a good experience. The site is easy to search and filter so I'm quickly able to find the size and style rug I want although I like that there are so many options. The prices are fair for the quality. Further, I've never had an issue with shipping, my purchases have always arrived promptly and the rugs are well wrapped and easy to roll out. I've bought both indoor and outdoor rugs from them and rugs com will continue to be my first choice for rugs and pillows.

Kudos to three different employees…

I dealt with three different employees from rugs.com. One was Gabe, Christopher and Regine . They were all so helpful and had great customer service skills. Rugs.com is a great place to buy rugs for there quality and at a reasonable price. Kudos to all three employees.

I have been ordering from rugs.com for many years. I was afraid to order again due to the most recent negative 1 reviews in the past months. I am very happy to say, I had no problem. The order came very fast. The quality and design are wonderful. 5 stars

Tons of selection and sizes.

This company has pushed back my order…

This company has pushed back my order multiple times for no apparent reason. And then when I ask for a refund bc they are not giving me my order, they tell me they may deliver it after that. So I’m supposed to ship it back even though they are the ones delivering my order on time??? I am so frustrated with this company and their inability to deliver 1 rug!!! How is this difficult ???

Selection is awsome. So many sizes and styles to choose from. I am sure they have a rug for everyone. Both indoor and outdoor rugs to slect from. Maybe you want indoor/outdoor, they have that too. No idea when the rugs will be received…

No idea when the rugs will be received or where they are shipping from. I paid for expedited shipping

The rug is cheap looking but the worst…

The rug is cheap looking but the worst is it was shipped folded 7x10 and it has numerous wrinkles. Ive had it laying out for days and no change. Im not talking small ends etc, think shirt thats been in a hamper for a month! I called and was sent a list of ways to remove wrinkles but this is a large rug thats completely wrinkled!! I'm supposed to get on my hands and knees and steam a 7x10? Disgusted

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. The quality of the rug was far below expectations, and I returned it immediately. Despite the product being sent back right away, Rugs USA still charged me a 20% return fee. Charging customers a significant fee for returning a poor-quality product is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again. Save yourself the frustration and your money. There are plenty of companies that stand behind their products—this isn’t one of them.
