I couldn’t receive my rug it suppose to be delivered last Thursday before holiday . I been contacting with ups more than 7-8 times they keep lying to me today n tomorrow the item gonna be delivered and escalated with their local team over 4 times. I have asked shipper cancel the shipment they told me it can’t be possible . Since 7/2/26 I waited another 5 days nothing changes . It just same cycle . Shipper says not gonna cancel , ups says it is gonna deliver tomorrow n local team gonna call me no one calls n shows up . Yesterday the tracking link shows item went back to shipper n today it shows it is on the way it will be delivered by Friday . They can not identify the delivery address even though I put right one . Updated , later confirmed over 8 times . I asked them give me local team number so I won’t bother u guys . They told me we can’t provide . I even offered em just give me drop off location I will go myself n take . They told me no coz their locals team being dispatched by em over 4 times and my delivery would be priority but hey still didn’t get anything . Almost a week passed no answer no help no one to keep in touch . They r not taking any responsibility or trying to help solve the issue . Don’t waste ur time n go order safe place or amazon at least they defending their customers rights!!!

I Have Been Looking For You

I have been looking everywhere for an indoor outdoor rug to match one I purchased at Lowe’s a month ago. I wanted another one but Lowe’s was sold out I went to rugs.com and found the same rug within ten minutes. I have ordered from rugs.com in the past and was easy to order, delivered on time with care and I was/am well pleased with the rug. I’m looking forward to receiving this new purchase I just made. Rugs.com has great customer support, very easy to use app and order and products are of great quality! I would totally recommend purchasing their products.

Terrible experience. Read before buying!!!!

My husband and I purchased two rugs along with the matching rug pads from Rugs.com, expecting everything to fit properly. Unfortunately, both rug pads were significantly larger than the rugs they were sold with. After contacting customer service, we were asked to send photos, which we did. Instead of correcting the issue by sending properly sized replacement pads, they told us the warehouse said the rugs sometimes “shrink” during the manufacturing process, so the pads is larger for that reason. Their solution? Have my husband cut both rug pads himself with a knife or scissors, or package everything back up, return it, and purchase another one. This is completely unacceptable. We ordered the correct rugs and the matching pads that were recommended by the company. Customers should not have to cut brand-new products to make them fit because of a manufacturing issue. The fact that they wouldn’t simply send properly sized pads or offer a reasonable solution was extremely disappointing. We expected much better customer service, especially after taking the time to provide the photos they requested. Instead, we were left to “figure it out” ourselves. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Rugs.com. Poor customer service and no accountability for a problem that wasn’t the customer’s fault.

I found the website easy to use and lots of choices were available. The prompts were also clear. After looking at many sites, that is a really good thing. The test will be if the product is as good as the photographs -- i certainly hope so.
