Some Good, Some Pretty Bad
I loved using the website and being able to see what the rug could like like in my own room. The ordering process was easy and the rug arrived very quickly. But that is where it took a turn. The 8x10 rug came folded, not rolled, to a fraction of the size. The wrinkles and edge curling were horrible. I'm being told it may take 1-2 weeks for it to lay flat, but I can back roll, steam, do all these necessary steps to try and make it work. I've never had this experience before with any rugs I have ordered online. While I like the look of the rug, I likely won't purchase from Rugs.com again because of the work I have to put in to get the product usable.

Easy viewing of products. Wonderful "filtering" options during product search process! Ordering was simple and allowed numerous payment method (I prefer PayPal). Details of shipping costs, discounts and savings were easily viewed during the ordering process. Shipping options were clear and pricing was spelled out for each.

Rug too thick for doors to open too difficult to return
Bought a rug online in the uk - I didn’t realise they were shipped from the USA - although they have a uk address to. Shipping took ages when it finally arrived it was too deep / thick for my doors to open over it. Something you’d not know unless you’d seen it. I tried in vain to return it within the time scale but due to the poor customer service replies they didn’t reply in time nor with the right information for me to return it. Plus they say you have to pay for returning it - which would be fine in the uk but rubbish to the USA. All in all poor product and poor service never again.

Rug and pad order never received
I ordered both a rug and pad over a month ago and had not received the purchase so I contacted customer service. They kept saying give them another day or two to find out why my order had not been received. After three emails with the same response I have asked for a refund back to my credit card. They offered to do a replacement, but the rug I ordered and paid for was the one I wanted, and if they couldn't deliver the original order why would I trust them to do a replacement.
