We planned a last-minute work event for a colleague that involved creating multiple different designs. We pulled the order together and did a rush order in hopes of getting the order to us in time. I was a bit nervous on Tuesday, the day the order was supposed to get to us, as we didn't tell them that it was getting delivered to our business, which closed at 5pm, and we needed the shirts that evening to make sure everyone had them for the following day. I contacted customer service to inquire if the shirts would be there in time. I worked with Damian, and he was able to work it out so that the shirts would arrive by 12 noon. Super fast and great turnaround, much appreciated. Rush order tees, I will be using you again.

Rush Order Tees makes it easy for me to order things for the Athletic Department and allows me to pay via PO. The sweatshirts we ordered came out awesome and the kids loved them! Josh was super professional and helped me out.

We keep coming back to RushOrderTees for our company T-Shirts because the customer service is excellent. We once had a problem with some crooked prints & everything was replaced in a timely fashion. Would give zero stars, if allowed. Rush order for 5 simple shirts. They sent me an email that the order had shipped and it hadn't - they just created the label. I waited 24 hours and it still hadn't shipped, so I reached out to customer service. They lied to me 3 times: 1) The agent (I see you, Damian!) insisted that the order had been shipped the prior day. It hadn't - lie #1 and we're off to a bad start. 2) They said it would be delivered that day (difficult when it hadn't even shipped, no?). So that's lie #2. 3) They said that bulk shipments aren't trackable or scanned by USPS. This makes no sense and is a complete lie. They offered to send out a "replacement order" which would be completely different colors than what I ordered. I said yes, with zero faith that they would get them to me on time. Sitting here a few days later and can document that the team sent out my original order AFTER they told me it had shipped multiple times (and implied that I'm not terribly bright). And customer service has stopped responding to emails. They also never published my poor review on their site, which is a window into this company's ethics. Overall - a shameful, deceitful and poor experience. This is a commoditized business and there are many others to choose from. Shop elsewhere. No one cares that you made shirts for the Sixers ________________________________________ The company's response below is another lie - I didn't select free shipping. I selected rush shipping and I'm certain that I selected rush shipping because you admitted that you screwed up this order and refunded those shipping charges. Also since writing this review, you reached out by phone, admitted your role in this terrible transaction and refunded my entire order. I don't mind the reply but - again - your first instinct as a company is to lie. I stand by my original review and thank you for exposing yourself first-hand as a dishonest organization.

You selected our free shipping option, which includes a delivery window rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Your original order arrived on the second day of that window. After you contacted us and shared that you needed the items by the first day, we expedited a replacement order at no additional cost. Due to the quick turnaround required, we used black tees instead of grey to ensure timely delivery. That replacement arrived on the date you specified, and the original order followed one day later. We truly regret that this resolution didn’t meet your expectations.

The customer service staff, and especially Melissa and Omar took care of my order that was impacted by a production delay. When I got the shipment notification, I immediately realized the order would not show up in time for my planned event. I contacted customer service via email and they agreed to reprint the order and ship it overnight at no additional charge to make sure I received it when it was needed. They definitely came through in the end and earned my business and kept true to their name, RushOrderTees!
