Exceptional support!

I had an order that became stuck in the dreaded forever “out for delivery” tracking mode, for 3 days. I contacted support and was able to talk with a human. They asked me to wait one additional day. The order was not delivered the next day. So, I called them back. They had the order reprinted. I had it 3 days after my second phone call. Four days in total.

Outstanding Customer Service!

Incredible! I originally ordered a design but after chatting with a coach, needed to change it. Luke was SO helpful and assisted me with all the changes through chat. I didn't know ordering custom shirts could be so easy!

Very disappointed!

After placing my order and paying of course, I received email saying the color of hat I picked wasn’t available. Why wasn’t that info communicated to me when I chose that color rather than a week later? I was not given opportunity to pick a new color but was told I would have to approve a color change or I would not receive my hats on time. So i let RushOrderTees choose a different color. Their color choice is awful, the embroidery color is practically invisible on the new color they chose. What a waste of money!

RushOrderTees has NEVER failed

RushOrderTees has NEVER failed. ALWAYS great quality...ALWAYS not just on time, but earlier than expected most of the time. I love the ease of the design space. If it was possible to select any specific layer to work on or lock a layer down that would just be a bonus.

Allow room for shrinkage with cotton

Great t-shirt great print however I didn't take into account the shrinkage so my medium is too small I should have gotten a large. My fault I didn't realize they would shrink so much.

Customer Service is Outstanding!

Josh jumped on and offered his assistance. I needed help securing a tax free purchase and he was right on it! In less than 5 minutes I was squared away and able to finalize my order. Super service from him!

I was happy with printed design and very quick it was printed. I have used your company several times before and have been happy with the work. You are very professional. Only, thing that I would to see is a preprint review after your staff does their magic. The shipping isn't in control, it is always fast. RushOrderTees,please keep up the amazing work.
