SCAM ALERT!!!! Renter BEWARE of RV Share and their enormous amount of fees disguised as service fees, platform fees (wtf) and insurance fees that change every time you advance thru the site. Obviously the company is NOT doing well because I needed to cancel inside of 36 hours of my reservation (which was not until October 2026-4 months away) and they still came back to me with $175 worth of frivolous fees to pay for platform fees of using their website. They like to keep saying per the contract, per the contract. Also, the platform like to collect all your information and credit card and then they prescreen & profile you and basically deny you for their own subjective reasoning. I reserved & messaged 5-6 "available" RV Owners b4 finally touching base with one. Go figure. Needless to say, I'd never do business with this type of company ever again and I encourage you all to do the same or be very, very careful of these scam artist.

I had an amazing time. All of my family has RV's. Since, my husband and I do not, we decided to rent one. This was the best decision of or outdoor experience. The RV was clean and we did nit have any problems. We definitely, recommend one to all, who love the outdoors. We will be renting again soon.

RV Share. What a scam. Charging me $600 insurance on a $1200 booking on a RV that’s is being delivered and not moved. They won’t let me remove the insurance policy either. This is highway robbery and should be illegal.
We want to make sure you are still protected even if you are not driving the unit. We require insurance for stationary rentals because accidents still can happen when the RV doesn't move and RVs are expensive assets. Our protection plans will cover the unit in case of theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, explosions, earthquakes, storms, hail, acts of God, etc.
The fees they tack on triple the price or more. Beware. It is much cheaper to rent a comparable Airbnb. As they say, eventually you get to the bottom line. In the process, you pay for the insurance on the RV and you even have to pay extra for using the toilet. I think most people would be put off if they rented a hotel room and had to pay to use the toilet.

Camper was delivered and setup for us. Owner provided excellent communication and a clean well stocked camper for our stay. Everything went very smooth and the stay was comfortable and fun. Booking was easy, price was reasonable, and entire process hassle free.

I called RVShare Help Center and spoke with Addison. He successfully helped me get my issue with a payment resolved. He did it perfectly. He was very clear in his instructions and patient with me in my comprehension of what I needed to do. It was very comforting to work with him after having struggled for an hour with the website. I wish Trustpilot would allow me to give him a 10 star review because he truly deserves that.

If someone rents your camper and your not available they charge both parts a penalty over $100 each to cancel. What a great way to treat customers!! They are more expensive then Outdoorsey as they have so many add on fees. Once you list a camper you can't see others to rent. Garbage company who makes more money on rentals than the owner.

Amazing experience renting from host, Joseph (very helpful, patient and friendly). Host Joseph is AWESOME!! Not too happy about RVShare insurance. I think I accidentally clicked on some upselling (relentless upselling!) and paid too much for insurance.

I was ready to give 1 star due to the procedural decision that would have cost me a $200 + fee for a cancellation I had to do for the protection of my potential renters (there was a family of 10 but the RV only has 8 seat-belts). I tired to fix the problem immediately (the same day) but I did not do it in time. Policy requires a fee for a cancellation that I would have been charged. However, Jordan stood up for me and was able to reverse the charge due to the circumstances - even for the amount of hyperbole about corporate America I gave her (knowing it was not her fault), Jordan is a champ and an asset to RV Share

As a renter, they take vast majority of all the money for the rentals. Then they continue to ask for documents for your camper after youve already provided proof of ownership and insurance. They charge the renters over $1000 and youre lucky to get a couple hundred of that. Pretty poor set up for rv owners.

-I would like to WARN EVERYONE about using RVshare and please share your experience. -I rented only one-time and I will NEVER RENT with RVshare AGAIN !! -It's a COMPLETE SCAM !! Owners of the RV will ALWAYS make an INSURANCE CLAIM for ANYTHING MADE UP. -mine was a minor scratch you can't even see and they took my $600 deposit plus CHARGED $900 for a TOTAL OF $1500 for a minor scratch. -the RV I rented had over 200K miles and lots of minor and major damages -I'm just WARNING YOU about these type of business is NOT LEGIT -RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked a reservation and found out that I wasn’t getting the van in time for my trip. So I cancelled the trip. All within a few hours. Only to find out I was charged half the reservation which was thousands of dollars. How can this be legal? They took my money and I got nothing. Thanks RV Share. They think it’s okay to take my money for nothing. They told me it is okay for them to keep my money. It’s their policy and it’s my fault that I didn’t read it. I should have never made a reservation with this company. Within a few hours I lost $1200. Wow. I’ve never been so ripped off. Just robbed for nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. THIEVES.
