Fabulous venue for emerging artists as well as those getting an established following. Excellent price point for buyers not yet (or ever to be) in the complex "six figures and astronomically up" investment world of Art. However, that being said, Saatchi DOES offer we who truly love art for art's sake, affordable, unique original works to enjoy for a lifetime and then hand down to others. I have ordered several works this year and am very pleased with all of them, great comments/discussions from friends, family, clients. Quality, exceptional customer service/communication and timely delivery. Super experience all around!
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you’ve had such a positive experience. Our goal is to make original art accessible while supporting a diverse community of artists, so it’s wonderful to know that resonated with you. We appreciate your continued support. Thank you again!

Contact was good from Saatchi art, but unfortunately the item I chose took 7 months to arrive, this was a communication error between the artist and Saatchi Art!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that communication with our team was positive throughout the process. While the creation timeline for the sculpture was confirmed from the beginning, there was an unexpected delay in final shipping logistics that extended the delivery time. We understand the wait was longer than anticipated, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Snatching Art has a great selection of original art works from a variety of very talented artists. And purchasing from Saatchi Art was extremely easy to navigate. My purchase was well packed and shipped promptly and was received with no issues. My only complaint would be I wish there was a way to directly ask the artist a question regarding their art piece. And there might be a way but it was not apparent to me. But I still give this site 2 thumbs-up.
Thank you so much for your review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the selection and found the purchasing process easy to navigate. It’s also wonderful to know your piece arrived promptly and in perfect condition. We truly appreciate your feedback about being able to ask artists questions directly, and insights like yours help us continue improving the collector experience. Thank you again for your support and enjoy your new artwork!
I was very impressed with this art company. My item was shipped within a couple of days from the artist and is beautiful. A description of how the piece was made and how to care for it accompanied the artwork, as well as a nice little note from the artist. I would buy from Saatchi again!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a good experience. It’s especially lovely to know the artist’s care instructions and personal note made the piece feel even more special. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy your new artwork for many years to come!
