Poor communication, delayed shipping, inaccurate dimensions of the work. Once the painting finally arrived it was nice and as pictured aside from being smaller than originally stated. I've had similar instances with Saatchi before. Fun place to look, some nice art, but beware. Saatchi does say they will make things right, but nice if they did that in the first place.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the piece itself met your overall expectations once it arrived, but we understand how frustrating this must have been, and it’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We take concerns like this seriously, and a member of our team will be in touch to assist.

I recently purchased a piece from Saatchi Art and had a great experience. They have a strong selection of talented artists, and I was able to find something that really stood out to me. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Delivery was fast, and the artwork arrived in excellent condition, exactly as expected. I’m currently having the piece professionally framed in Philadelphia, which says a lot about how much I value it. Overall, a great platform if you’re looking for quality, unique art and a reliable buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was satisfied with all communication regarding true color and shipping. My main concern was that the online image would not reflect true color and it was spot on. I am very pleased and loved the personal touch of a thank you note from the artists (sisters). Thank you.
