These are the best barefoot rain boots…

These are the best barefoot rain boots I have ever worn. Initially they were a little tight and challenging to get on , but they have since stretched to a perfect snug fit. I can walk with more confidence on the unstable terrain I traverse, without fear of falling, an all too frequent event in heavier gumboots. The delivery was timely and the customer service and support is by far the BEST I have ever experienced from any online business. I now have an effective all weather boot for the challenging New Zealand winters . Thank you again Saguaro for another excellent product.

I love how easy it is to make an exchange if you need to, and that you don't get charged for return shipping. I wish more companies had this policy. They are also very fast with order fulfillment which was great considering the shoes I was replacing had holes starting to wear in them.

I like your “style!”

I have had a couple of pairs of barefoot shoes and have worn them exclusively because they were so comfortable. I saw the Saguaro ad and was drawn to the look of them … a little more “rugged” and more shoe like and figured I’d try a pair. They’re my favorites now and I’m planning on purchasing another pair next week! Your shoes are still lightweight but I feel more confident hiking and being outdoors with them and they’re just more “fashionable”!

I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and have experienced some unexpected falls and balance issues. These shoes are a game changer. The improvement can not be overstated, I now feel a sense of stability and confidence I haven't had in years.

Excellent customer service! And product!

When I “received” my first order, I found the plastic packaging had been sliced open and it was empty. No idea when that happened but I wasn’t happy with the way it had been packaged thinking that a pair of shoes surely couldn’t have been shipped this way. I wrote Saguaro to voice my concerns. They very promptly wrote me back to assure me the shoes had been in the package when sent out for delivery and that they would be shipping me another pair. Which they did and I received quickly. I have worn them twice to walk/run the beach and in the water as a kayak shoe. They are extremely comfortable and I think a perfect beach shoe. And excellent customer service.

I ordered my shoes hoping they would arrive quickly and they did. I am very satisfied with them and will definitely order again.

No stock, charged for the 'free gifts' instead

Ordered shoes, it deleted the shoes off the order as they weren't actually in stock (how come it let me add them to the order and didn't alert me?!) and then charged me $176 for 'free gifts' that were no longer free as I wasn't purchasing shoes 🫠 anyway, thankfully they eventually refunded the money, but in the meantime the bank made me cancel my credit card & so it's been a time-waster. They never have shoes in the right sizes in stock.
