Contacted customer support to get help with my shipment needing signature they was quick to contact the shipper to have the package held for me at a local pickup

The support was amazing, the only complaint ( not really a complaint if anything I'm just super impatient ) would be that the delivery is taking super long.

Got stick drift on both joysticks within a week. AWFUL quality, waste of $300.

Scuf Support Is the best

Messaged the support team on X/Twitter and they went above and beyond. Almost immediate replies and sent me a brand new replacement controller, the same custom controller I ordered. I honestly see a lot of poor reviews about Scuf Support and I was very happy with how they helped, so much so i needed to write my own review. Will be using strictly scuf controllers from here on out

I have been a customer/ fan of scuf since I was a teen and have spent around $1,000 on controller in about 13 years. The first ever scuf I had last me several years and then I decided to upgrade to a ps5 scuf. That scuf lasted me about half the time the very first controller lasted for me, ps5 scuf lasted 2 yrs before it broke completely. I went ahead and tried to get it repaired and was told they no longer provided that service so I bought another one. I bought the 2024 optic Texas scuff with the mouse click bumpers and triggers, that one I had replaced 3 times. The d-pad was malfunctioning and one button had multi inputs/ wrong imputs. The second replacement came with major stick drift out of box and the 3rd one (most recent) the bumper went out within a month. I was promised a refunded (the second replacement)for the inconvenience and then they took their offer because I took longer than 30days to accept( my email was locked for a couple weeks) never told me I had a period of time to accept the offer even when I told them I would accept the offer and then buy another scuf. Since they didn’t refunded it I went ahead and sent it in to get fix but I also decided to use their discount code for a better controller with tmr. So I bought ANOTHER scuf but I bought the best one they had available which was the scump edition with all mouse click buttons and the tmr sticks that have “no stick drift” that is not true because they absolutely have stick drift out of box. Also the paddles were getting jammed in the button holes because the hole weren’t centered properly. Sorry for the long read but Iwould never recommend this company , maybe 8yrs ago I would have but now I wouldn’t. Better off trying another company. Order #S688141
