The property manager Kristina is very rude and she does not help or try to help her loyal customers who are needing help doing a pandemic. I paid my storage faithfully for 8 months straight since I moved to TEXAS when the pandemic started. They told me if I ever needed help to reach out to them and they would HELP not put a LOCK on my storage when I only owe $20. DO NOT rent here if you're smart because they change policy all the time and you're not aware of it until you're in that situation and then they're rude about it. RUN! RUN RUN! ***Storage location right near DEL TACO off NW Expressway.. ***UPDATE:** 20 minutes after posting this review. The same property manager KRISTINAor CRISTINA called me back to only tell me that they were now going to TERMINATE my agreement with them and I needed to get everything out the unit in 5 days.. WOW! I will be contacting a lawyer to see about my rights so no worries! Just one more issue with them DURING A PANDEMIC. Again, you NEVER know when you will fall on hard times and if you do, YOU DONT WANT TO LEASE FROM THIS LOCATION
