I have been using Xsolla for 1 year, utilizing their overlay and chatbot system. The support team is excellent; they are always open to new suggestions, and in fact, some of my suggestions made it into an update. I love the fact that you get your own website, the overlays are easy to use and set up. I personally love using quotes, and the loyalty system helps keep my viewers engaged and willing to rank up. The best part is everything is free! I have not had to spend a dime on anything, and that's why I stuck with them.

Do NOT give them money. If you have an issue, they will not give you a refund. There was an error while I was making a purchase and they refuse to give my money back. I never got a receipt for this purchase either. They refuse to escalate to a manager. This was the Monopoly Go game. After spending hundreds of dollars I will be deleting the app. I refuse to support a game that doesn’t back their product.
